Quick and easy process. All I needed was my ID, Car and Title. The girls are very friendly and they explained the loan in detail. I feel very comfortable knowing Im doing business with a company that is NOT interest only!They buy out title loans from other companies too! Wish I would of know this before.

Why cant I leave zero stars!? I cash a check EVERY WEEK at a different location. I went to this location because it was the same company everything should transfer no problemo. Im always 5 minutes in then gone easy. But noooooo not this time. 10 minutes of transferring my profile then Im told 5 minutes to verify the check that I cash EVERY WEEK. 40 minutes pass and Im told sorry it cant be verified but we do see you cash with us EVERY WEEK. Sorry nothing we can do maybe you should come in the morning to waist another hour of your time. Oh and because of this ordeal waiting so much time I was unable to go to another local to get this resolved. Lovely. Thank you for the unpleasant experience. 0 stars not 1.

No where on your website does it say bring in bank statements! I brought in my last 6 paystubs, my checking info, my vehicle registration, and my drivers license...everything it says to bring to get a loan...only to be told you couldnt help me without bank statements, even though i could show my bank statements on my phone. People come to you because they need help....not a run around! Please update your requirements for a loan. And thanks for nothing even though i had everything required per your website page.

Website says theyre open, so I drove 13 miles to the store and theyre closed. No one answers phone. Horrible business. Whats up with all the check into cash places saying theyre open when in fact they are closed in the Phoenix area
