I needed my carpets cleaned before a big party and I didn’t want the typical big box carpet cleaning company. I am located here in Surprise AZ so we do have a few different carpet cleaning companies in Surprise to choose from. I called this company second and I appreciated the fast appointment and they were able to give me a quote for carpet cleaning of my entire home. I not only set up an appointment for carpet cleaning but also upholstery cleaning. Surprise Carpet Cleaning Company came out and they did a great job. My carpets are now clean and fresh and my upholstery looks brand new. This will be my go to company for carpet cleaning in Surprise. I highly recommend Surprise Carpet Cleaning Company! I set an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, they provided me a quote and I was able to book quickly! Their communication was very professional and timely. Rick was my tech cleaner and my carpets look brand new! Weve lived in our house for 2.5 years and the carpets were long overdue for a scrubbing. The steam cleaning was just what they needed! I dont even want to walk on it because of the pretty perfect lines :) I will be booking again in the future.

We were incredibly impressed!! Our carpet is 7 years old, very worn, and stained- we are the third owners AND had potty trained our puppy with our carpet... it turned out great, was QUICK, and we didn’t even have to leave the house (we have a newborn) so it was incredibly convenient for us. Customer service and staff was also super friendly and kind.

I reached out online and received a prompt response and how much it would cost. Once my carpet guy (Rick) came out he was professional and courteous. Some of my stains were too difficult to take care of but they were definitely made better. My carpet feels so clean! Not soapy or sticky at all, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. We recently had our carpets cleaned after GCS installed our new flooring in the rest of our home. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was punctual, knowledgeable, and very kind. I would recommend their Tile Cleaning Service. We recently purchased a home in Surprise. It wasnt until living there for about a week we noticed every time we walked around barefoot on the tile that we would get black all over our feet. Our children were crawling on the floor and their hands and feet were getting black.Enter GCS/Surprise Carpet Cleaning Co. My wife and I were in need of a cleaning. I called Brain, and he was able to work things for us to get cleaned the next day. I cant say enough about the customer service, the overall price, the experience, and most importantly the cleanliness of the tile. Surprise Carpet came out to my home for carpet cleaning. They have been cleaning my carpets for a couple years and do an excellent job. They are prompt, thorough and courteous. Through the kids, the puppy, and the stains they consistently make my carpets look new again and again. GCS came out and cleaned my mothers carpet before she put her house up for sale. They came as a recommendation from her realtor. We had them clean the entire house and they did an amazing job. They got out all but the worst stains which I suspect are in there for good and wouldnt come out with anything. They were professional, courteous, and gave her an absolutely great deal. We would have them come out again in a heart beat.

GCS was a great choice when we needed our carpet cleaned last minute. The carpet cleaning service we typically use could not fit us in for a week. We needed the carpet done sooner than that so after reading reviews for several companies, we chose to call GCS. They were able to fit us in two days later. When GCS arrived to clean our carpet they were friendly and professional. Our needs/concerns were listened to before they set to work. When just a couple of rooms were completed we were asked if we were happy with the results before they proceeded. They also went the extra mile to move furniture to ensure all carpet could get cleaned. The results were fantastic. The cleaning/deodorizing aroma was not too heavy in the air. Our carpets look great and our house smells fresh. We definitely recommend GCS and may have even found our new “regular” carpet cleaning service provider!Michelle and Randy B.
