The car wash is great. The customer service from the staff is great.

They do a good job except they always forget the scent freshener I paid for. AND the process they use to wash the cars, scratches the hood of my car each time. Then they want to charge you to buff it out.

They always do an amazing job and are well worth the price. The car comes out spotless on the inside as well as the outside. Watch for specials and you can get some great deals.

Paid extra to get a better car wash. Not happy. Car had paper and dust, dirt still in the doors. Vacuum half done. Usually it is the windows. They were ok this time. Cant keep spending money with you for nothing.

Today it took a bit to get the car washed. Got home to find many areas that could of been cleaned better. This is the 2nd time that I have bought the monthly pass. I just hope that my next visits are better.

All was very good except when I got into my car to leave I noticed the inside of my back window had not been cleaned

The quick car wash I did was fine, nothing spectacular but fine. I went 2 weekends in a row after paying $150 prepaid card for an interior detail only to be told that they wouldnt do it that day they were too busy. This was within the first hour of opening. They told me to come back during the week and drop it off for the whole day. I work all week and cant just drop my car off for 8-10 hours. I asked for a refund of the card and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to get the refund. Ok place for just an exterior wash, but I wouldnt go there for an interior detail.

I paid too much for a half-baked cleaning. The car was not diamond clean. In fact I should have just used free vacuums and compressed air to do a better job. Little attention to details.

I always buy ultimate you do have to watch and point out what they miss cashiers are never friendly.

A nice place to get a car wash in surprise. Usually pretty quick but does get busy on the weekends.

I paid for the ultimate package, and the staff rushed the entire time. My truck still had dirt and grime on the front bumper and on the back of the cab. I had to go back and ask them to clean it, they were nice and did it, but they were rushing so much that they didnt do a great job initially. Honestly, I could have had my lazy teenage son do a better job. I will not return and I do not recommend.

Im disappointed! I spent $24 to get the Supreme Wash. The outside of my car looks fine, but the dash wasnt cleaned and the carpet in back wasnt even vacuumed. This isnt the first time that something was neglected either. I shouldnt have to come home and finish a job that I paid someone else to do! Guess I need to find a different car wash.

Never a 100 percent clean after but what drove through car wash is prefect. Quick and easy.

I have the Platinum unlimited service and all I got was water sprayed on my car not only the 1st time but also the inconvenient 2nd time. Giving 2 stars because one of the service guys did a quick hand soap wash. Definitely wont be going back on a Saturday if they cant keep their soap machines fully stocked.

1st lady in wash was hit by 2nd car. Then my car hit the 2nd car. Im paranoid to go there again. Happened a week ago🤔😔. But to the car wash defense, the 1st lady hit her brakes!

Came here mid morning on a weekday hoping to avoid a long line for a full service wash. Not that many cars, but also not that many employees. Ended up waiting a long time anyway. The exterior was cleaned just fine, but the interior console and driver side still had smudges. Expected more from a Platinum wash.

Perfect for quarterly servicing: oil change, quality wash n wax, vacuuming, & theyll spot trouble for me.Chris in the advisor lanes knows his stuff and can figure out if I need detail work on the rough spots - plus hes a hoot to work with.Their high test Shell gas is the best Ive found for my Harley too.And dont forget their Dunkin store inside for that go juice for the driver . . .

Didnt do a good job of windows asked for new car smell. Nothing. Was there over 3 hours. Didnt check everything just wanted to get home.

Ill believe the guys that work at the carwash need to spend more time on detailed and make sure all the waters out the car all the bugs off the car the winter shoes are completely clean because theyre detail fart is lacking by 60% focus more on detail Dell customer service.

Like the quick in and out. Just remember its not expressed when they are busy. The 22.00 car was also goes through the express. So it not really as expressed as you would thing. You only pay a few dollars more for the full service.

A little nerve racking. Fool in front of me stepped on his brakes for what appeared to be forever. I thought the conveyor belt was going to push my car into him.
