First off, this is an EXTRAORDINARY company!!!! The staff and drivers are awesome, the members are so amazing, and if you are looking for a place for someone you know who have any developmental disabilities this is the place to turn to! I cannot say enough amazing things about this organization! YOU ROCK ONE STEP BEYOND SURPRISE!!!

Im so blown away from one step beyond. I used to go to the previous dta called precious homes/dta since mid October 2018-july 2019 (the week after the 4th of july). Precious homes was so bad for me. I had bad anxieties for that the low functioned members & some high functioned members did cause way too much drama & the chaos. Since August 12, 2019, I officially became a member at osb. Wow, the staff, the directors from osb, & the members are so nice & very calm. I love everyone at one step beyond. I went from a person that did nothing at my previous program to being a brand new person at osb. The classes are awesome! Attn providers & parents. Your clients & or child would love one step beyond. To me its so much better than any other programs that I went to ever! Period! IMO, OSB is the best program in Arizona ever! I ♥️ OSB!

I started coming to One Step Beyond in 2017. In the beginning, I was still a bad person because of how bad I was at Gompers and other personal reasons. One Step Beyond gave me a chance to change from being an evil troublemaker to a good and helpful mentor with lots of jokes to tell. I love all the staff, supervisors, and fellow members as well as the awesome director. People, if you dont like this place, there arent many places where you can go that are as awesome as OSBI.

We know the CEO of One Step Beyond, my Daughter has a neurological rare disease called PurA Syndrome, we were invited to take a tour of the campus in Surprise... it’s an incredible place with so many different things for individuals with any kind of disability to attend, there is no age limit and I found that so remarkably clever, the staff were Awesome and the students were wonderful, I love their philosophy and how it has turned so many lives around into a positive experiences and I love the fact that you can be any age, One Step Beyond is a Fantastic place to be⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was fully qualified when hired by them and they decided to fire me because I was too young and too fun for the position they chose for me. Then someone luckily rehired me only to fire me for having a seizure. I was heavily questioned about my medical history and then forced to resign. No empathy or concern for their employees. PSA dont get a job here. They also fired my cousin after they wore her out and wouldnt give her breaks.

Number 1 day program better then arch soon to be my new dta program

I loved working here and my daughter attended here as well. Great staff and program. They really care about the participants and their families. I would recommend it!

Cool staff that work hard for their population

I am a fosterparent. And the store has saved my life from clothing,toys,to bed needs. All the items that they sell is nice and neat. The employees are helpful and always professional and friendly.
