I arrived today to get my blood work for some reason from the doctors office and calling lab chord I guess I was supposed to fast and I was never informed!Now I have returne!!!And when you 1st walk in theres 4 ladies standing there and you think that they would check you in but they said we. Have to check yourself a computer that so dirty !!!You would think they care about their workplace. But it sure look llike that they dont care about cleanliness or even understand theres a covet 19. dont care about

Would be nice if your staff actually provided some customer service and answered the phone. Also the hours are ridiculous for people who work. 3pm is a bit early for a healthcare establishment to close.

The receptionist was extremely cold and rude. They looked at me like I had ruined their day when I said my doctor had faxed the orders to them. The receptionist then huffed and puffed the whole time looking thru the faxes, and came back rudely saying they didnt have them. I explained I had called yesterday to confirm that they had received the orders, but no one called me back. She then looked at me disgusted and says Umm, we dont have a phone at this location, sorry. People like this should not be working in any service industry, let alone health services. Patients deserve to be treated respectfully and with sympathy. I will be having my doctor fax the orders somewhere else, because this place is just unacceptable.

My experience at the lab was great, problem comes in, when i was told i would get my results 7 days after my doctor, im used to getting my results before I see my Dr. this way i can ask informed questions to my Dr. about the results, and form a plan of action, overall the . Luckily i can go to a competitor next time before my appt. with my Dr.

Extremely rude staff, took forever for a simple urinalysis. Do not give this place your business

I have standing orders from a doctor in Oklahoma and there were no problems getting my standing orders for a CBC and Ferritin. The review above was written when it was only For the medical facility. They are quick and efficient here Catalina, the supervisor, was my phlebotomists and very helpful. Thanks LabCorp. I’ll definitely use this company as we travel across the USA with medical needs.

Poor customer service from the front desk. Rude, basically yells at you to use the kiosk to check in. Do not approach the front desk! I understand Covid precautions but theres still kindness and common courtesy right? We were there at 725am. Thanks for ruining my day!

I can see why this location has bad reviews. The receptionist with tattoos is very rude. This lady hates her job.

I made an online appt today for 2pm and showed up on time and the office closed early for New Years Eve! How do you schedule appointments and just decide to close early? Terrible service and will take my business elsewhere!

Horrible customer service! The doctors office said they had spoken to them and faxed the order but I wanted to confirm it before I got there. I tried calling for two days with no answer. I finally made an appointment and went down there. They shuffled a couple papers around and said my lab order wasnt there. They said have them fax it again. I told them I had been trying to call for 2 days and asked if their phones were working. They looked at each other and said yes. So I tried the phone number while sitting in the waiting room. It rang but no answer. I gave up, canceled the appointment and I will go somewhere else.

Online shows different hours than posted on their door. Not able to make an appointment online for a month out.

Great lab! The girls up front are so polite! Lab is very clean & organized. Will most certainly be recommending this lab to all my people.

Went there at 8am and already was 15 plus people in the lobby not enough employees working. Company only cares about money not patients. Girls were very nice only positive out of this place.

2 people working the front and back doesnt help the flow of this lab. Ridiculously slow and the attitude of the staff is lacking. They need help in this lab.

Why cant LabCorp answer the phone???? An appointment CANNOT be made online because it doesnt show ANY available through the end of the month!!! What is the problem????

If I could rate zero stars I would. I’ve been back 3 times to correct a mistake their tech made and still have no resolution. On top of this they are poorly staffed and have terrible patient volume management.

Wow I don’t know how this place is even stays open they r so lazy rude and don’t want to do there Jon just sit and talk and talk I have been calling literally over and hour and it’s says there busy on the other line so I drove there just to see for my self and the other line isn’t busy they just don’t pick it up they let it ring and ring and ring so unprofessional then when you go up to talk to them they wanna be rude

After going to s few other lab Corps this location was the best the girls where super quick and professional. There kind and sweet.

First time was fast... 10 minutes later out on my way.... I will never go to Sonora Quest Lab. Any more.... 1hr to 1hr 30 minute wait time at SQL...

GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE. Horrible. Newborn baby needed blood work. The ladies were cold hearted. The process seemed to take forever. Then when the girl left the room, she said to the receptionist, Im getting better! Thats something you do not want to hear.I remember when my 3 year old needed the blood work done when she was born. The procedure was nowhere near as bad.

When scheduling online, it said the location does full body measurements. The tech, Tan, said they do not do them ever. Of course this was after waiting for 10 minutes just to get him to look at the paperwork. He then wanted to send us another 10 minutes down the road where they would take care of you immediately. That was a lie. We then had to wait in a very full waiting room until seen. Horrible service. Do not go to this location.

One of the worst labs I’ve ever been too! I took my daughter for her 1 year blood draw and as soon as we were next we sat she put the strap on her arm not knowing what she was doing left my daughters both arms bruised up. I asked her if she had done this before on babies she said yes but yet couldn’t find a vein so she have to call another nurse. After everything was done they left us in the room and didn’t even tell us when we’ll be getting our results I went to the front seat no one there!

Had an appointment there the receptionist stated I needed to bring in a kit from the doctors office. I contacted corporate and they said it’s done via a lavender tube and no kit is necessary. Total waste of time.

Horrible. Lady poked my sons left arm twice to find a vein (you can easily see them in my sons arms) then after being unsuccessful on the left arm, went to the right arm and poked twice until finally getting it. My son started to pass out and it took a good ten minutes to get him back to normal. They do not know what they are doing. The lady was rubbing alcohol swabs under his nose to try to wake him up from her incompetent attempt at a blood draw. My son has had his blood drawn several times and this was a first. So no it want an outside factor. It was lack of competence. Avoid this place. Find another LabCorp location .

Usually very good. Last time, had lady not understanding of my need to sit in the chair asap. There was no1 else there.. instead of addressing it, she ignored me.Also, if you are NOT a patient of Adalante healthcare, been told i can get blood drawn there...

CAUTION: THIS LABCOR ONLY TAKES ORDERS FROM ADELANTE DOCTORS. You cant use this Labcor if a different doctor ordered the lab work. For example if your Adelante doctor gave you a referral to a specialist and that specialist is not an Adelante doctor then you cant use this lab. You can do another search on google maps and find another lab close by and give them a call.

Terrible wait. Rude techs. When pulling the needle out the tech scratched my arm. Then they lost my blood work, and didnt contact me at all and finally let the Dr know over a month after.Worst lab ever.
