Good food and great service. Our server Angela made sure everything was in order She was very courteous and pleasant to the customers. The other servers from the Managers down to the servers were all so polite and nice. Ive noticed that customers felt that theyre receiving extra 5 stars services !

Nice & clean. Called for 30 people a few minutes in advance & they have a room ready for us.They have different foods from salads to soups to Mexican, Chinese, American & Italian.I got their broccoli cheese soup, they have like 3 or 4 different kinds of soups.Also I got mashed potatoes with grilled chicken, chicken drumstick & pork snitel. It was good.They also have a chocolate fountain & cotton candy & ice cream & macaroons.So u get ur drink with a tray & silverware & pay before u eat.Steak is served after 4pm.

This is definitely not a fine dining establishment but the food is always good to excellent, the variety is endless any if you want quantity? One of the best things about this place is everything is fresh, most likely due to the high volume. The salads are always fresh, the meat choices are very tasty and if you don’t like something, just try something else. Try to choose a less busy time and pick a table out of the way and life is good.

As an all-you-can-eat buffet you cant beat this. We went there on a lecture invitation, which was about magnets effects on the body Etc, and learn something but mainly we were impressed with the enormous selection and tremendous variety. In the future, we would go back there on our own, well worth the pricing. Very good service and steaks done according to your liking! All very good

My parents had never been to Golden Corral before, so I chose for my birthday dinner to celebrate it there. The price for 4 people, which two were senior citizens, my fiance and me, the birthday boy came out to $77 dollars is outrageous! Senior citizens only get one dollar off of the regular cost for dinner and we have to pay for drinks, its absolutely ridiculous! I will never set foot into that place, plus most of the food was under cooked. I should have chosen a high class restaurant and we still would have not paid that much. The only positive thing I can say was our waiter was very kind, friendly and empathetic towards us.

Food has become better here a wide variety of items to choose from.

Ruben was amazing. He was our server tonight. I saw him go above and beyond with all his guests and those he wasnt serving. I was blown away by his kindness. He even mentioned his guests by name, helped an elderly gentlemen by helping him steady himself and was completely present. There are people who just live in this world and there are people who make a difference and bring love to this world. What Ruben showed me tonight is he is one who brings love. Good food, and plenty of it!Friendly staff, nice helpful.I took my 83 year old mother who needs a walker to get around. The staff helped with special seating, out of the way. Offered to help out with her food selection and transportation.Definitely will return, hopefully weekend for prime rib! Delicious!!!

I visited about 1 hour from closing time and the food was not as fresh as it could have been. Staff wasnt attentive for grill items. Having conversations with each other while I waited to order steak. Finally I reached inside and took a piece of steak by myself. This area was made for staff to hand off to customer but they were too busy with private chit chatting. I would recommend going closer to opening than closing. Not work the $19 I spent for sure. Very disappointed. My brother recommend this place but he went to another location when the opened. Choose wisely people.

I regularly attend our club meeting at Golden Corral in Surprise. They have a dedicated meeting room where we can gather, eat breakfast, conduct business, and listen to speakers. Its very difficult to find such meeting spaces and this one is perfect for us. Golden Corrals management has been very responsive to our needs, including installing a video screen for when we use our projector for presentations. They have adequate parking and an excellent breakfast with nearly anything you could ever want. I had Fried Chicken and Waffles. Yum. An excellent asset in the west valley.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, usually for breakfast. The most recent journey I missed the cut off for breakfast by 1 min but the cashier still gave me the breakfast pricing, which was nice. All of the food was fresh and I was able to get some of my favorite breakfast items before they replaced them with lunch. The servers are generally fine but I don’t see any superb customer service. The location is clean and they do a great job of keeping each time stocked.

The food is wonderful and variety excellent. When I asked if there was any fried okra they made some within 10 minutes just for me as its not usually out at lunch time. The employees are friendly, efficient, plain fun. I could just move in and live there. Ha!

My dad says this is one of the good golden corrals because he saw one of the workers cutting up fruit instead of opening it up from a can. This is false, there are no good golden corrals. If youre fortunate enough to not know what a golden corral is imagine a grade school cafeteria that expects you to pay like theyre serving you real food. For the love of god dont go here

We went there for my moms funeral luncheon unexpectedly. They opened up a special room for us right away and accommodated us perfectly. The service was amazing. We never ran out of anything.

My son thought hed died and gone to buffet heaven! Nice buffet! Clean facilities, food is not too salty and tasted fresh. The hubs liked the breakfast food, there were lots of vegetables for me, chocolate fountain for my son. We came just at the turnover between breakfast and lunch so got to try both!

My boyfriend took me here for breakfast and its so amazing. I definitely will be going back 100 times more for breakfast. Ive also had their dinners and they are amazing also. My favorite breakfast item is the fresh omelet station!!!They also have for dinner make your own taco and an amazing selection of desserts. And they have great customer service.

Always enjoy the Golden Corral. The food is always well - made, and even the dessert tables have sugar - free gelatin and one other dessert that is is no sugar added or sugar free. Variety of meats include fish or non red meats. Prices are reasonable

Good food, friendly server, great price. Deviled eggs were pretty bland. There was a mess in the bathroom and they handled it quickly. Chairs are comfortable, even if youre overweight. Food is pretty low calorie.All in all it was good

This GC was clean and organized. Customer service was a bit lacking. The food was delicious but some of it should have been pulled. Burgers were tough and not very hot. Great flavor though! Some of the veggies in cold choice were beyond soggy and warm. Not very cold at all. The desserts were awesome! As usual the carrot cake was the best part of my visit. All in all I will be back.

Had a pretty decent selection tonight. Other one I went to was better though. Fresher food and definitely better steaks and sliced meats. This one was actually out of the slow cooked beef.

Brisket was dry and hard from being dry. Couldnt cut it. The guy waiting on table totally ignored us. They were not refilling many items and could not stand and wait all day. For the price I expected better. Desserts were good.

Wow this location is top notch. Staff, super amazing. Food, mouth watering good. Great job at keeping everything clean. They keep food stocked and never run out of food. Always a great time here.

The team at the register area were very professional and helpful, kudos to them but there were at least four people behind the counter or the food service area, didnt seem happy and/or friendly when I had questions. I found many plates and cups dirty and when I brought it to someones attention, nothing was done about it. I ended up purchasing a to go cup. I was pleasantly surprised of all the food choices. The one thing that needs attention is the silverware sitting out in the open, people coughing and touching all over them grossed me out. I ended up eating with my fingers. I wish your company the best, I hear great things and this is why I decided to try it for myself.

If you havent tried it, dont knock it. Although it is pretty much the same fare every night of the week, you know what you will be getting. The steak is as good as any high priced restaurant and if by chance you get a not-so-good steak, you can always get another. Being from New England, Im not in love with the clam chowder, but the broccoli & cheese is very good. Not good for the heart, but very good. The prices are quite reasonable followed up with a decent selection of desserts, many fruits, both hard and soft-serve ice cream and free coffee.

I took my daughter here after she finished her Aims testing for home schooled students at the hotel near by.It was a little more than I was expecting at first, but we would have spent the same $23 getting Chinese bowls or burgers somewhere else.The quality was not bad, and neither was the flavors. It was in between breakfast and lunch services when got there, so some of the food had been sitting out for a while and you could tell. Their soft rolls where hard on the bottom, the eggs where drying out, and the gravy had thickened to white glue consistency. If we had been going for breakfast (at 11:45am) we would have been a bit sore about it.But the lunch items as they where changed over where fresh, hot and full of flavor. Once the rolls where changed out they where pillow soft. The made for great hamburger buns on their grill. The mashes sweet potatoes where great, and their Macncheese was oh so creamy.

Four of us were there at 9:30 am for breckfest . The place was pace packed. But no wait. The place was over whelmed. Took way to long for an omelet. Ran out of bacon twice no gravy for the biscuits. What food that was available was good. No decaf coffee, ordered it twice . Went and got juice. Then coffee came.

Its by far the best buffet around, although its a little pricey. Im a single dad with two kids and it was $39 inc drinks.. but then all you eat and great deserts so come hungry!!

I went to the one on 59th and Northern. Its always clean and well-stocked with quite a large variety of food. I dont know about any of the other ones but this particular location, anyhow, caters to the vets, which I think is great! Their prices are good and so is the food. On the weekends they have a buffet sorry I dont know more much more about that, there is wheelchair access wheelchair parking they have a senior menu and an early bird special if you go between I think its 11 in 3 your drink is included.

If you can get past the interesting cast of characters buffets attract, the food is fantastic! Talk about variety! From salads to a huge array of main dishes ended with endless deserts... Yummy!

It was really good! The service was great. One problem was the cleanliness.....it was okay but I would appreciate if they made the place cleaner.

On vacation, stopped in as I have no golden corral near my home town. This place was amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and professional. The food was fresh and plenty. A great experience for myself and the whole family.

Great as always. Yeah, the food is average and you can tell its more quantity than quality, but its still good. Always keep coming back for the cheap steaks as they are charred with a good taste. Pulled pork and ribs are good too.

The staff was fantastic but the food needs some work. I went about lunch time and the food was very dry and most of the hot food was like warm and looked as if it was left overs from the day b4. The atmosphere was fantastic.

This is the best location. Clean and well kept service stations. Not so many kids running around unattended. Service has always been good here. Price seems a little high until you try the each of the multiple steak options and realize its worth it. The free 6 rolls is a joke as they seem to be leftover from day before and hard as a rock, but they were free, so not a huge deal.

Food seasoning has become typical. Fried fish and chicken very good. Greens, zucchinni, vegetables in the roast, baked fish VERY GOOD! The desserts are typical desserts, but seem less choices than previous years. Overall ... family friendly and enjoyable. Howwver .. Give a deal on prices sometimes.

One of the great things about Golden Corral is the variety. Comfort food as well as healthy choices. The service is outstanding. Cant say enough about this place. Clean friendly service. Delicious food. Always hot and fresh entrees and sides, salad bar huge, crispy and cold. At least 5 stars!

They have a steak Nazi... Tiny pieces and he says they are made to order. then you go back to get it and they have to remake it... Cause they gave yours away... Happened 2 times, for myself and my wife... Otherwise great selection...

We visited on veterans day when the restaurant offers free meals to those who served, a great way to say thank you. As you might guess, it was a packed house but management and staff were prepared and had good processes in place so they stayed on top of it, kept the buffet stocked with fresh food and even double checked with us before pulling food although it was well after closing time by the end of our meal.

My family and I Love the Golden Corral. Great variety for everyone. I usually get a chance to try something new. They keep their food fresh. Huge variety of desert. Great service!

Vie only found 1 item that I didnt care for. Little sausage patties. There tasteless to me, but the rest of their menu, is awesome!! Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner your hungry for, you wont be disappointed! Very good food! Clean restaurant, really good help, no matter what capacity they work in, and steaks fresh and hot off the grill! Depending on availability of specialty items, sometimes they have fun with the menu. The customers are the winners when that happens! If you have a large crowd to feed or a birthday coming up, take them to Golden Corral. Even picky eaters can enjoy this place to eat!

Sorry but here is a 50 50 place for me. Sometimes it is really good. Sometimes not as good. The price is a little higher that what I want to pay. Even with my senior discount. Table servers are real nice and they keep your table cleared. Dont forget to tip them before you leave..

This Golden Corral is the best I have ever been too!Normally my family goes to the one on Northern because its closest to us.Going 5 miles out of the way to this one is absolutely worth it! Great service, better selection of food, cleaner, great atmosphere lost of respect. Rubien our waiter was just beyond awesome! The Best Golden Corral in my opinion !

Went here for lunch. Overall, food was pretty good but some of the hot food items were cold. We asked if they had fresher product and the staff brought up fresh items. Good selection to choose from many types of dishes.

The food was great and despite it being Easter Sunday and the line being just one person shy of being literally out the door, my aunt and I only spent about 15-20 minutes in line. The service was very quick and the employees very polite. Definitely recommend.

We love Golden Corral but last night we ate dinner there at 5:30pm and some of the food was cold. They need to check their food intermittently to make sure the steam tables are keeping the food hot. Very disappointed.

Food is sub-par for the prices that are being charged. Brandons (the managers) expression as I told him how it seemed far less flavorful than usual (we havent been here in months) looked at me if he didnt really care. But hey, the lettuce is good. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I love the Golden Corral Buffet! Especially when my husband asks me what Im hungry for and I cant decide. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh (and delicious), the cooks were very accommodating. I like my steak rare and they delivered. What a great flavor too!!! Ther fried chicken was moist and the cheesy scalloped potatoes were very yummy!The desserts were running a bit low, but I was so full, I didnt mind. I got my Butter Pecan ice cream and left very full and very satisfied!

Golden Corral the best time ever the customer service is wonderful. The food is exquisite. Its a little pricey but all in all great place to get together with family and friends.

This was my first to a Golden Corral. It was pretty good. Lots of selection for salads, soups, meats, sides, and desserts. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Very greasy, and no flavor. Kinda disappointing, because we always come here when we visit grandma. The best items? The sweet potatoes and shadow cake! Even the hand dipped ice cream was flavorless. Very nice staff, which made me give them 2 stars instead of 1.

I really like their omelettes. Tip the cooks well, they work hard just to stop and make an omelette. The whole staff works hard. Take care of your servers who also takes care of you. 😎🐰1️⃣3️⃣

Food is great when it can be. Not always at its freshest. But when it is its incredible. Good amount of choices. Great waiters incredible service! There is an older white guy with maybe an Italian accent or somthing who usually runs the dining area near the ice cream station he is our favorite. I will have to get his name next time we are in and rewrite this review. He really gives us a great experience every time.

I really enjoyed this buffet. It was the first time that I ate there and definately will return. The price was great and cheaper then a big mac meal. All of the food that I had was delicious. The pot roast and gravy was excellent. The chocolate fountain was very also very good.

We arrived at 8pm, 1 hour before closing. The staff seemed more interested in cleaning to get ready to close, rather than ensuring the buffet food was fresh and hot. Some foods they were out of and did not bother to put more out.Price for buffet went up. $30.62 for 2 seniors, no drinks. Ouch! Cant afford this place again.

We go to this Golden Corral often and it is always very clean, good food, and excellent service. We went there tonight actually, and one of the servers was exceptionally pleasant and sociable. The bathrooms were very clean, which is important when I take my three boys to use them. The food is really good considering it is a buffet, and we always thoroughly enjoy what we get.

We just came here the other night we havent been a quite some time but usually when we come here we love it but sadly this time our experience sucked. As soon as we come in the lady at the cash register says we close at 9 and theres no prime rib. Which immediately gave me the vibe that we werent wanted nor needed. When she rang us up 2 adults one kid our total came to 64 dollars! 20 bucks per person you have to be kidding me so I say you know what we are just going to pay for my nephew to eat and the adults will eat elsewhere. Sadly I will no longer be coming back here not with outrageous prices like that with no primes rib no thank you. But my nephew liked it so I gave it 2 stars.

There was wilted food and every time I eat here it gives me a really bad stomach ache. Though, the staff are very good at staying on top of everything

For a buffet, this is very good food. Firstly the variety is outstanding; there is something for everyone. I like fresh crunchy iceberg lettuce and its there with all the toppings. Wide variety of meats, cooked veggies, potatoes soups. Lots of desert options too. I dont care for buffet gravy, but nobody makes it like Mom did. No one should leave hungry!

Was disappointed that they were taking away the breakfast 30-45min before it was to end. This was on memorial day when they had a special going to honor veterans, which my husband is a veteran. Staff was very rude when asked why breakfast food was not still being served.

Food here is usually great but this time it was a little off. Not sure what was going on but maybe it was just an off day.Mainly came here to leave a great review for the African-American gentleman you have as a table busser/waiter(not sure of his official title). He was very in top of things, extremely polite, and was always checking to see if we needed anything. You should have more people like him there.

The food was actually really good. I expected it to be sub par because, well...its buffet food. My assumptions were wrong. The food was delicious. Even the fruit was top tier. Especially the pineapple. I would recommend this particular Golden Corral to anyone thats interested. Great job

For the price you cant beat it! You can spend 15 dollars elsewhere and be limited on how much you can have. If you go here its unlimited. They sometimes offer kids eat for 99 cents which includes a drink! It was our first time here but well be back! The food was better than I was expecting. The steak was juicy and delicious!

Four different salads and different kind of foods were very good. Good service help to refill soda and refill water for us. Lot of wheelchair parking lot front of building. No automatic door open.

First time ever there. It was during lunch. Food was good. How ever the womans bathroom was dirty!!! Every toilet i checked they all need to be flushed. 4 stars for food and staff.Over all 3.

Great place to go when you dont know what you want too eat. Some items are hit and miss. The fried shrimp were excellent tonight. My son enjoyed the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. My wife made a fajita that was very good. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would but opted for 4.

If I could give zero I would. We called and were told one price and drove out there and were told another once there- we brought it up before paying and the three people at the front were rude to us about it. We have two toddlers that were hungry- reluctant to go in but we did so they wouldn’t have to waiting drive somewhere else in the heat. The food wasn’t worth it at all! I call and do their survey and give them a bad score and the manager calls me back just to fight about it saying how he doesn’t know how it’s possible and not trusting what a customer is saying. He was such a jerk to me I can’t believe it. My family will absolutely never eat at a Golden Corral again.

I give Golden Corral 4 stars not because the food is excellent, but because the food is excellent for a buffet. So many buffets cut costs to the extent that every dish tastes like fast food or frozen dinners, but Golden Corrals items taste like real food. Not the best food--but real food. If you feel like stuffing your face with a wide variety of actual, honest-to-goodness food, this is the place for you. That said, if you would rather have a superb meal, you should probably look elsewhere.

My past posting isnt a fair assessment of the the food. The service there is very good. The wait staff is very friendly. I used to eat this type of food when I was younger but since then it is not a healthy choice for me to make. Therefore I cant give facts about the food. I would like to add the following; The gentleman who owns this restaurant supports helping the needy. Does many wonderful things to help the many needy people in the El Mirage area & in other communities that he has restaurants. I would like to say thank you to him for this & please keep helping them.

Went there with Family and friends. The food was a solid 7. The customer service was decent enough to give this place 4stars.

This place was really great... Other than the fact that I had gotten some food stuck in my throat. I couldnt swallow it and had to wait for the rest of my party outside until they were done. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital but luckily it ended up going down on its own about an hour later. It was a very scary experience for me. And I had just started eating so I didnt even get my moneys worth.... Not to mention the humiliation of the entire experience.

Something for everyone. Staff is attentive. Wish the hot food was a little hotter. Labels wrong several times. Empty trays of food often. I do enjoy going there though mostly because of the MANY choices. Oh. The deviled eggs are always dried out on top. A light weight dome cover is needed.
