Should be 0 stars. Service Kings was not prepared for my vehicle even though my drop off was scheduled 2 weeks before I initially came in. Then was informed they had to order parts so I did not leave my vehicle. When the parts came in, I was never informed. I had to keep making follow up calls to check the status. When I called to check the status after a month, I was told the parts had arrived the previous week and I could drop off my vehicle the following week. When I called to make the appointment I was informed I would have to wait another 3 weeks before dripping it off, then my estimated work time moved from 3 weeks to over 2 months. Needless to say, I did not make the appointment to drip off my vehicle and decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Top notch repair center with outstanding service. Very fast and efficient staff and service. They have constant contact and updates via text. The vehicle was fixed right the first time! Vehicle was done before promised time and came back cleaned, inside and out. Admittedly, my work truck was very dirty. I was desperately needing the interior cleaned but have been crazy busy for a few weeks. I was amazed that they cleaned the inside of the vehicle. I would expect the outside but not the interior. If you need body work for your vehicle, dont even think of going anywhere else, this is your place!

They botched a simple job. Replaced the rear bumper on our 2013 Ford Fiesta. Not only does it not match. They put back broken parts back on the car. They said would order the part. But never heard from them again. What good is a lifetime warranty? If they cant do the work?

My uncles car has been here going on its third month. Waiting on parts from Ford is a pain I didnt forsee happening.

Drop off of my vehicle was nice and easy. Drive up to the drop off location, they come out, check your plate and mileage, have you initial and sign a couple papers, leave you keys in the car and leave. Simple as that. Wish everything about car repairs was as some as that.

Weve used Service King in Surprise twice now and both times have been very happy with them. Very professional, good people to work with. The quality of work was excellent. If we ever need body work done again, this is where we will go. Highly recommend.

These guys did a Fantastic job on my Mercedes! They were extremely professional and attentive to detail and I was impressed by how the finished product looked. The paint was expertly blended and applied and most importantly my car was ready on time and within my busy schedule. If you have an expensive or exotic car do not hesitate to use them! The owner loves cars and so does his shop staff. They will get the job done right and go above and beyond to make your car look like new.

If you need body repair work done in or near Surprise, I highly recommend you call Dennis at Service King. He is extremely knowledgeable and his quote was $1,000 less the next lowest competitor. He was up front and honest and he finished our car nearly two full days ahead of schedule. He proactively updated us every day and we received text updates from Service King as well letting us know where our car was in process (i.e. 60% complete). The body work he completed on our 2011 BMW 328i was remarkable. The color matching was flawless and our entire car was returned cleaner than when we dropped it off. Dennis was extremely kind and honest and I cant recommend him and Service King enough. As a bonus, the facilities are extremely modern, clean and professional. I hope you have the same wonderful experience we have had.

I work 7 days a week and rarely get a day off and when I do I am burned out. I had an appointment scheduled with this place twice through my insurance company and finally had to tell my insurance company to send me to another body shop. Because twice my day off was wasted because of appointment issues and being given wrong appointment times, then the receptionist makes you reschedule because you were more than 15 minutes late. How about you guys call and confirm appointments instead of wasting people’s time. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

Service King in Surprise is awesome. They repaired my vehicle quickly and did an amazing job. They are great, I would recommend to anyone who needs collision repair.

I asked them to fix a dent and they gave estimate with parts related and not related but close to dent... I only needed fender fixed or replaced not entire wheel well... They wanted to charge me $1400 plus some change to paint and color match as well. The dent was the size of a fist/softball on drivers side front quarter panel on a 2017 Nissan Altima. Went online searching other options as that price is ridiculous and found a mobile paintless dent removal service and got it removed for $300 instead. Now all thats left is a small paint scratch size of a dime but I can deal with that instead of the extreme prices getting it fixed at service king. Im not some mad customer or anything i just needed my car fixed and was disappointed with the price and other parts they recommended fixing which was not needed. otherwise they got me in and out quick and were very professional.

My first and thus far only experience with Service King has been nothing more that outstanding. We had an accident in my wifes Kia optima and I made an appointment with another collision repair service down the street from Service King in Surprise. Upon arrival at that location I was greeted rudely and told that they would contact me when the were ready for my appointment that I cannot just drive in. I left and in frustration I drove down to Service King where I met Leah first, in doing her job she also told me about an appointment but quickly Dennis came out, ask the issue and concern and the two of them Dennis and Lean begin to listen and provide excellent service. I was able to leave my damaged car there with them. They took lead in working with our insurance company and getting quotes resolved and agreed upon.Dennis was even nice enough to walk me through their shop and give me a tour front to back.We received almost daily updates with the status of the vehicle and they delivered the optima two days early. I cannot say enough about Leah, Dennis and the entire team at Service King in Surprise and would highly recommend them.If you are in an unfortunate event where you need collision repair I recommend going to see Leah and Dennis.
