Our dryer needed further repair (unrelated to previous service) and we were happy to find we could get next-day service. Sears A&E is a good company with which to do business.

This review is NOT the HomeTown Sears in the Mariner Mall. This is the SEARS Corporate Office.I had to make something or it wouldnt let me remark. Two years in a row things have gone wrong with my side by side refrigerator and they have denied both years to fix cause they no longer make it and wont replace. We have had home maintennace contracts for 51 years and this is how we get treated. I emailed Sears Corporate office and of course, I have had no answer. I would think they would at least read my comments and respond. Im sorry, we loved Sears and only buy appliances from them, but I have no respect for them anymore and see why they didnt make it and had to sell. (The technician was wonderful - its the corporation that wont do what their contract says.
