This is a great store. Staff is friendly. The store is clean and they usually have what I need.

Mid to lower range grocery store. Plenty of store brand items but big brand names mixed in. This particular store has better looking produce than other Smart and Finals. Dry goods are slightly lower priced than Safeway or Luckys. Not as low as Walmart. S&F has some of the best prices on chicken. Other meats, not so much.

Do yourself a favor and check the produce before purchasing. This store is more than willing to mix spoiled food amongst their produce. The employees always seem to want anything but to help customers.

Good selection of brand name products and a beoad range of house brandsd products. Competitive prices, you can always count in getting everything you need. For the family or for buisiness.

Shame on this store management, been at this smart and final neighborhood for 10 years and today suddenly I dropped off my wallet right after I got out of my car (between 6:45-7:00PM),,, someone stole whole the cash money in it and left it at the ground how it is thankfully he/she didnt took any of the credit cards, drivers license, medical cardsI asked the manager to show me the camera type and unfortunately she came up with few photos on her phone showing way after what happened! And she said thats only I can got well, it doesnt make any sense !!! (Why wouldnt she show me since I got there? Which I parked right in front of the entrance under the camera)The cashiers were very nice and kind and being sorry about what happened.

I like shopping here because they have great prices, a fairly complete selection, and dont force you to buy in huge quantities. They are usually not at all crowded. If you are looking for an upscale experience, however, this place is not for you.

Love getting Magnum ice cream there. Pack of 3 is usually $4.19 there. Pretty good selection of other products too.

Regular shopper! Good hours, nice staff mostly. For ME, certain items are targeted-- such as S&F produce, sparkling water, roast chicken, and some wines have good prices. Good offering of chia seeds and other bulk items (now safety packed). Other key items (for me) are TOO PRICEY here...such as some salami meats, Kerry cheese and butter, Sargento cheeses, and Ezekial & Daves Killer breads (high prices here, but SAFEWAY is worse for many items---especially with DAVES KILLER BREAD at 7.99!!). Other comparison....EX. Sargento cheese $2.88 at Walmart, but $3.79 here. Good store, though.

I bought a couple of reusable blue ice freezer packs at the Sunnyvale store. Within a week of use they both started leaking. I brought them back to get a refund, or even an exchange. They refused, saying they only exchange food. Call customer service and left a message. No one called back. I guess I get to eat the cost. I wouldnt buy any non-food item at this chain given their policy.

Absolutely recommend this place. It has recently been redone inside with a much better layout. The fruit and veg is good quality, all the aisles are clean and the meat fresh. You can find some cool things in the freezer too like battered mushrooms, crab cakes and cod. The prices are awesome, staff friendly enough as what you could expect at a grocery store and a pet shop next door too.

The lines due to social distancing are annoying, but they continue to do the best they can do.

Good store to buy cheep groceries, kind of like a scaled down version of Costco... lots of items in big value packages... cheap alcohol, cleaning products, canned foods, frozen foods... this is the first place I go when I need to fill up my pantry...

I really like the expanded produce section. The store is near my home and I can depend on good prices there. There is always a long line and they need more checkers. I wish they would put prices on the flowers.

Newly updated so they carry more items like a regular grocery store. Solid prices and friendly cashiers. I agree there are often long lines, but I shop here because the variety and prices are worth it.

If it is still pandemic times when you read this, here is a small bit of advice: when youre ready to check out, you need to go to the far right wall as you face the front of the store, i.e. the far right wall if you are facing cashiers and the exit.

On the average, prices are lower than the other grocery stores.

They often deliberately make mistakes in the price of goods, they mislead customers into thinking that this thing is very cheap but actually very expensive.

At least 70% of the time they are out of stock on the primary items that bring me to the store. The checkout line can be painfully long. I usually leave the store empty handed and annoyed. If they were not near our house, Id have stopped going here a year ago.

Why does the produce at this location consistently appear to be rotten? Why is there no price on the Brussels Sprouts. Why is the price of yogurt the highest out of all the other grocery stores in the South Bay?
