Pedicure is such a let down but hair cut was good. Brenda was really kind and friendly. Was able to get both haircut and pericure with no prior appointment (walk in). so close to decent eatery places

I would give negative rating if I could. Went to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady applied wax so many times on the same area, and pulled it out, causing the area to burn severely. I am in general not sensitive, but was left with red skin with extreme burning sensations. 24 hours later, the burning continued and has left a scar. My go to place for hair cut. It gets quite busy in the weekends so call and take an appointment. I like Brenda there, and she is very sincere and would not rush to cut your hair. Its reasonably priced.

Heard a lot and read reviews, so chose them for my Hair straightening, I got it done from them assuring that it would remain for a year, but no sooner than a month, my hair was back to what it was. Infact I’m not liking the texture of hair now, it was much better before. I’m really disappointed n with heavy heart. I have waist length thick hair from past 6 years and sooner I will have to cut them.

RUINED MY HAIR AND REFUSED A REFUND.Avoid! Do not get your hair color treated here. A simple toning of grown out highlight resulted in my hair turning dark brown with an ORANGE hue.... A salon expert confirmed the orange was a PERMANENT color, and definitely not the ash toner that was supposed to be used. Absolute horror.The woman then REFUSED A REFUND! I had to pay $500 at another place to highlight full head to lift half of the orange (lifting all would require bleaching all hair). And STILL sunny refuses a refund.You will not be care for, you will not be listened to, you will be treated like a bag of money. TERRIBLE

Brenda has been my hair stylist for last 11+ years and she is really gifted to do the magic with her scissors. If you love your hair and need a hair cut - just to go this place. I have tried several hair style saloons in Sunnyvale, Mountain view and Fremont area but nothing beats this place and you will get a first rate hair cut. Time and perfection is one thing I love the most at this place. I would strongly recommend this place without a second thought.

A quiet little place with very polite staff. They really pampered me for my mani pedi. Sometimes popular places are rushing to get you through the production line, but not this place. I received lengthy, relaxing care. Best part? Set me back less than expected so I tipped generously! :)

I usually get frustrated with haircut places where they rush your cut in less than 5 mins and charge $15. The lady at this place spent a lot of time giving my hair meticulous attention. After many years, I started to feel sleepy while my hair was being cut, which for me is a sign that its a good haircut experience.The charged me $11, but I was happy to leave a big tip :)Definitely recommend.

I asked not to cut my hair lengthwise. I just needed trimming. But they reduced my hair length to half. Secondly, my hair length is also not cut evenly on both sides. One side is long and other short. I will not go there again.

I have been scouring Sunnyvale for a great gel polish/ gel shellac place. Overall I am somewhat happy with the result. I called it at about noon and got an appointment for 2pm. I asked for something later, since its a working today, but she kept insisting on 2pm. So I took a long lunch. I thought it was a little hard to find - its inside the plaza where the Round Table Pizza and World India Bazaar is.I somewhat got an acknowledgement when I walked in.. and then no one said anything to me for 10 minutes. So I just sat down, thinking, 5 more minutes and Im getting up to leave. But eventually someone came over and acknowledged my existence.The place seemed cluttered, and run down. I get my nails done with daisy gel polish quite a bit, so I know the routine. However they soaked my nails instead of wrapping them in tin foil and a bit of cotton, so the result was actually better, less scraping and damage to my nails.. but my skin is pretty dry from direct contact with the acetone.. and it took longer than usual to remove the old polish.The girl really didnt say more than 5 words to me the whole 2 hours I was there. I think a gel polish french manicure normally takes about 30 minutes with the multiple stages of polish needing exposure to UV light. They also only splurged for one UV light, so that slowed down the process as well. My nails got filed down to a nice square shape, shorter than I am accustomed, but they look nice. I also had a broken nail through the nail bed where it was bleeding, and she did a great job of patching it up, although I can still see the blood fracture through the French Manicure polish.I didnt like that I had to micromanage her. I had to ask for the white tip part to be thinner. I asked 4 fingers to be redone because the paint was bubbly and uneven. The massage was nonexistent, she just put some lotion on my hands - which they badly needed from the acetone soak.I also speak Vietnamese, but apparently I dont look like I do so they assume I am not. Its always fun to see what they will say about you. There really wasnt much gossip, to be honest., but my manicurist did ask the manager how much should she charge me, and she thought $28 was not enough... but she didnt raise the price on me. So I did tip very well.$28 +tip for a French Manicure gel polish that will last at least 2 weeks.So if you have 2 hours to kill, dont need a social manicurist, and have no problem with being THAT person that keeps complaining about how your nails look.. you can go here. I think I will keep searching for a better place.

Have been getting my hair cut here for 15+ years.

Had very bad, the guy cut my hair couldn’t hear well. Also he don’t seem to be able to see well. After haircut it looked clumpy.
