Visited today. All things considered, not a bad spot. I’m giving it a high rating because the employee was patient with me, and nice despite the long line and probably understaffed location.The store is small, so I assume only one person can work there at a time. However; the lady here was super nice with me and my multiple packages. The line was long but most likely due to just having one person. Not her fault. Prices were fair and staff was helpful. 7/10 for this spot

Nice location to pick up the parcel. Service is fast and friendly. It is clean and looks well, they have all means of packaging if you need to send something.The reason why I came here is not that funny though, they failed to knock the door and just left the sticker...

Visited on a Saturday to drop off a package and inquire on another delayed package. The customer service lady was impatient, not willing to help, and kinda rude.

No line and the person at the counter was very friendly and efficient. In and out quickly to ship a package.

We went to return Walmart order. The lady at the counter seems new to the job. Firstly she didnt understand Walmart scan then with the help from other person at the counter, i was able to mail the return order.

The signage on the building says FedEx Ship Center so I had a FedEx package shipped there only to get an email saying my package was refused by the recipient (FedEx rejecting a FedEx package). The person behind the desk wasnt helpful and told me to call the FedEx number as that location was a FedEx Express location and they only hold FedEx Express packages and since my package was sent FedEx Ground they wouldnt accept it. How is anyone supposed to know that? Zero customer focus expecting people to know and understand their internal organizational boundaries.

Not wearing proper PPE. Touching customers and their phones. Not enforcing social distancing guidelines. No sanitizer in sight.

I had a package coming for 2 day shipping for a pack and had a expected 01/17/20 Friday delivery by 8:00pm. The package expected delivery date then changed after not showing up at 8:00pm on said date and was set to be delivered on 01/20/20 Monday at 8:00pm. I called customer service and spoke with Alex and told him I really wanted the package before the end of 01/20/20, even sooner than that really, and he directed me to go pick it up at the local facility which was super convenient for me so problem solved. Just need to bring my ID and tracking number and I should be good!

The person working this morning was incredibly nice and helpful.

One nice thing about this location is the cut-off time for accepting next day delivery on Saturday is 5PM. Which means they accept next day delivery packages until they are closed on Saturday. Other locations I had visited have cut off date at 3 and 4 PM so if you could not make it by then just go to this place.

After talking to a customer service representative inside the store, I called the customer service line to see if there was anything I could do. Customer service told me to ask for a manager, who refused to talk to me. I’ve never had a manager refuse to talk to me before, especially when all I was doing was following the instructions of their own customer service line. Avoid at all costs.

Ok experience. Think they had someone new at the counter and he might not have had enough info. Was not happy when I asked to remove a service as he had to redo the package. I will find a different shipping option next time.

Ok, not the best but not too bad. Missed the package at home so went to the pickup spot. Parking was limited but thats likely because at 6 the line was out the door. It took around twenty minutes to get in and have my code scanned then another five for the employee to get the package. With only two that I saw they just didnt have the bandwidth to deal with the crowd looking for packages but they were pleasant to deal with and did their best to keep the crowd informed as to the process and move everyone along orderly. Next time Id aim to go a bit earlier than right at 6 and take the risk of the package not being back yet instead of waiting an extra fifteen minutes in line.Location is easy enough to get to but be ready for some quick turns but that also means getting out is just as quick back to 101 or Lawerence.Remember to bring a government issued ID! Driver license works but if you dont bring it youre out if luck because they need more than the tracking number or the door sticker. Worth it for the security but dont forget it.

I dont often write reviews, but this was the most frustrating FedEx encounter Ive experienced. In an attempt to ship perishables with dry ice across the country.Upon our 4th visit to this location- and completing all requirements explained to us- we were informed rudely and unapologetically that not only would they not ship the items, but they would not assist me in the process.I recommend finding another FedEx!

FedEx restore my faith in delivery. I used to have bad experience where I can not locate my package which require signature but this location and the staff in Ohio’s help me restore the image of FedEx. I am expecting a package before Christmas but have to leave before the scheduled delivery time at 8 pm. I called the main number, the contacted the sunnyvale office where the package was last deliveries and someone hold the package for pick up. I can leave for vacation and not wait for 8 pm delivery. Thank you

The service was quick and friendly. I had to make pickup attempts twice because I was given the wrong information on the phone about my parcel. If not for that, it would be five stars

2 days in a row they have supposedly tried to deliver my package. The first day I was home and the driver never knocked, I had been sleeping so I thought maybe I missed it, he left a door tag with false information and no number to get more information on my package. I called their support and went through the process in which the woman made it sound like it was my fault by putting in the notes when the package is redelivered to knock loudly and multiple times. Next day.. this morning, I have been awake since 8:30 and they said the package would be here by 10, at 9:30 I went to take my dog for a walk and there is yet another door tag, this one wasn’t even attached to my door the adhesive still had the protective cover on it and it was laying on my front doorstep. So I have to call customer service again and the guy tries telling me that they tried to deliver the package to the point of almost arguing. The package was not attempted to be delivered maybe you guys should hire drivers that are not afraid to knock on people’s doors especially when the package requires a signature. It is a door to door delivery service right? And reading through some of the reviews I’m seeing that I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Maybe it’s time for a new driver!

This Fed Ex is FANTASTIC!! The crew who works there are super sweet & always help me with changing up labels last minute & getting packages overnight at the latest cutoff in the southbay! 8pm for west coast, 5:45pm for east!! Though the fed ex is small & can get crowded, they are very thorough & its the HUB for all the fed exs in the area. THEIR TEAM ROCKS & I AM SO GRATEFUL TO THEM FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THEY DO!!! THEY EVEN WORK WEEKENDS.. HERMES the greek messenger god is smiling upon them. :)

Sent a FedEx ground package from this place in Sunnyvale to San Francisco. Customer service representative promised 1 Business Day delivery. Ended up taking 7 days to deliver ... shipment went to Teacy, Oakland, San Mateo and finally San Francisco... after multiple escalators

Convenient location, would be good to have more than one person at the counter to help clients.

FedEx is what it is, ship and/or pick up packages. Usually busy, but good service.

The southeast asian guy was so rude and arrogant. He kept saying that he had been working here for over 10 years and the service I requested was impossible. I said I did this three months ago and could show the email to him. But he just behaved in a very rude way and refused to provide the service I want. He did not even asked his colleague or look up in the computer. I had to leave and moved all my packages to another FedEx. Then problems all solved.

Horrible customer service. Avoid this location if at all possible. If it were to allow negative stars this would be a minus 10 rating.

Today I had to run to FedEx to pick up a missed package. Even though I was late the amazing staff let me in and helped me immediately. I really appreciate that.

The attendant was very helpful and efficient. I was able to take my package away within minutes. Unfortunately, the store is a little far away from the main city. I was a little disappointed that I had to go so far just to get my package that had a delivery exception.

Fast service, location could have been better.

I left delivery instructions with Fedex Delivery Manager to let the package delivered to a parcel locker with a pin pad on my front porch. This guy is doing his job right! Patiently checks the pin in his fedex device and opens the parcel lock with the pin. He even helped Amazon delivery(which failed to follow delivery instruction) to put the package inside the locker. 👍🏻

Employees take all of the front parking even the handicap spaces..listen to the worker tell a customer they could only take a couple of boxes because they were low ...oh well I have stuff to ship...lol

Liars. Claims they tried to deliver so I was watching tracking update. Update said I wasnt home. I was home, sitting in living room looking out the open front door. Didnt even see any Fedex truck.UPS is way better than these sorry excuse for service.

They have one job - bringing things from point A to point B, apparently its so hard they have to lie about attempting delivery and saying you were not at home while you were waiting for this specific package for the whole day and that they left a door tag with instructions but there is no door tag and status of the shipment has been Package at station, arrived after courier dispatched. whole day and the packaged was supposed to be delivered until 8pm. At 10:30 pm they changed the status to We made an attempt you werent at home Great freaking job, I hope you get paid accordingly.Little side note: I paid 60$ for NEXT BUSINESS DAY delivery and everything happened 2 business days later, thanks for that as well.

Had to wait 45 mins in rain to pick up package which was supposed to be delivered at home.

This place is a joke. I’ve had 2 incidents where the FedEx employees couldn’t locate my package worth thousands of dollars 2 days after delivery was scheduled. . What kind of logistics is that???? I even paid the ridiculous fee for priority and insurance.Update: they found my package after 40 minutes. Thank God. But still. Hire a logistics team seriously. No more packages out of this office.

Honestly its been a while since Ive been here its changed a lot way nicer and theres new staff... But I loved how one of the employes took the time to help me, his name was galan sum hansom fellow helped me with the heavy package to my Car.....

It was a quick visit and my question was resolved fast.

Friendly staff who helped me fill out all the necessary forms to send an international package. Only downside is its a little small and can get crowded easily.

They ignored my request to leave the parcel at the doorstep and just took the package away back to their warehouse. Now I have to wait for hours to go pick it up at my own expense. What a lousy premium service.

Rude, understaffed. You can sign the piece of paper and leave it stuck on your door and theyll leave it for you the next day but if you go all the way down there and the address on your drivers license doesnt match with the delivery place they wont give you the package. Makes no sense whatsoever! UPS just got more of my business!
