Fast and painless LiveScan process 👍 Took maybe ten minutes total

We came here for a fingerprint scan and it was uneventful. But a few weeks later we were notified by California Department of Insurance that the fingerprint was rejected due to some misinformation on the form, and we could come to the same live scan vendor for a retake at no charge. When we came back again with that notification, the owner refused to do that, and had a very rude attitude. We were trying to negotiate but the owner basically pushed us out rudely. Definitely wont recommend to anyone.

Went here for Live Scan fingerprinting. It was really quick and easy. I compared the price to UPS and they all seem to charge the same amount. It’s $25 for the rolling fee here plus the government fee (which varies depending on your application). UPS also charges $25 for the rolling fee so you might as well support a local business.

The fingerprinting service itself was fast and efficient. However the clerk did not have the best attitude. During this COVID19 pandemic, they did not even provide hand sanitizer.

I came here for fingerprinting and was pleased with the good and quick customer service I received. Raj was very helpful and made sure I understood all of my options and how much each would cost. If I ever need a similar service done, I will come back here for sure.

Perfect place to get live scan fingerprints, I wanted to get licensed for CNA and I went to this place and everything was taken care of very smoothly. I got my license paperwork within a week after doing the live scan fingerprints. The technician who fingerprinted me Mr. Raj is a very nice and professional guy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

For my attorney license the State Bar required live scan fingerprints. Walked in, was promptly assisted by friendly staff. Got my clearance in 1-day. Highly recommended.

Dirty and empty room. I waited about 10 minutes for the lady in front of me. Then the employee ignored me on her computer and didnt even acknowledge that I was there. Finally she looked at me and I told her I needed fingerprinting done. Im a minor and dont have a drivers license or passport. So I brought my school ID. Which has my picture. She said she wouldnt accept it even though ON THE WEBSITE it said minors can use school IDs. Even after I showed her that she didnt do it. Just go to one of the four county sheriffs offices. Its much better service.

Attitude problem, not helpful at all. Front desk clerk was very rude and unfriendly when I could not understand a word because of his heavy accent, and when I asked him to me by spelling it he said: find someone who can speak English. I will not recommend it to anyone I know

Attitude problem with front desk clerk. Feels like he is frustated being there for his own job and not willing to even pass proper information to help his own customers. Everyone knows information available online, when time crunches and in urgent need, we go for such providers who announce appointment not require for live scan. But that alone doesnt help when they cant even help with proper directions to fill the form for live scan request which is all new for me. Simply ignoring this place. Got unnecessarily distracted with his attitude. God help him to improve his helping nature or atleast soft talking skills with others.

Called for a little more info on livescan.... heavily accented clerk said no. this is not an information center. go online if you want to find out info. then proceeded to hang up on me. Very professional, yes?

I dont think the guy in front desk knows why he is there in first place, he is rude and not helpful at all.

Based on my experience at this notary place, I will not recommend it to a friend, and I will never come back to it.
