I got and interviewed but this manager very serious looking and he tell me about window 10 if I have experience I answer no but I’m a fastest learner. Unfortunately he past on me.😢 he judges people right away without testing me he don’t know about my talent or experiences that can contribute their company! Was interviewed med 2018 Too sad this manager.

No matter how hard you try and work there you never got anything there. If your family with high position in this company you will get benefit there quick. Other wide dont think about it that you will get anything there. They say if anything you need talk to them first but turn out you be the hater and who care about you. So good luck to all people been there few years and got nothing.

Ive worked 6 years for this company and management never offered annual performance reviews so that they could avoid giving you an increase. The department Ive worked for has had management changes 3-4 times and the current manager there doesnt have any knowledge on how to guide and motivate his team. My last supervisor only worked there for less than a year and was dishonest (probably only accepted the job to make her resume look good for other opportunities). The owner pretty much runs a quantity over quality system process which means quality of all the products are often compromised, especially for medical device products. Only stayed for the camaraderie with some small group of the nicest co-workers Ive known and worked with for years. Oh, and the benefits SUCKED.No 401k matchingNo profit sharingNo stock optionNo annual performance review; thats to avoid giving you an increase (the only increase you will get is if you work OT 🤷‍♂️)No sick days nor jury duty leave and payNo referral programVERY LOW PTO + holidayShouldve never stayed this long. Your managers did not provide growth opportunities, training, feedback, or reviews. They seem to be too busy trying to keep projects from crashing and burning than to worry about employee retention or happiness. General lack of comfortable working conditions. Chairs were old, uncomfortable, and breaking. Restroom was constantly dirty, toilets...broken, most of the time floors were covered in urine and you even had employees clean the breakroom just so they can get to eat the company provided lunch. The only part that Ive enjoyed on my time at Gener8 was working with people that I got along with and that was it. Everything else, was meh.

Best design place in the silicon valley. What ever it is they can design and manufacture it for you.

I have been an employee. I have done my best to this company but some how I just get laid off...Ether way.God bless them
