Im so glad I came to Silicon Staffing. As a recent graduate it was a high priority of mine to get a good foundational job as soon as possible. Within the first two weeks of working with Silicon Staffing I had a job offer, which I decided to turn down, and within the next week got hired at a job I really wanted! I originally applied back in July of 2015 when I was under the impression that I was going to be let go. I had interviewed but I ended staying at my job until October when they let about dozen people go, which was not expected at all. Silicon Staffing had sent me periodic emails regarding job opportunities and I got back in contact with Sherry. She was great and remembered me, she setup a quick call for me and they really were quick about moving my paperwork. It took about 2 weeks but I had an interview which I received an offer but I decided to hold out for something better, the company and salary were not something I wanted for my career at this time. I ended having 3 other interviews with 3 different companies over the next few weeks, one which made an offer that I recently accepted. I appreciate the professional response and constant communication.
I was out of work for over 8 months, I was contact by Sherry and she was great. I had an offer a little over 3 weeks later. I must of sent her at least 15 emails and she responded to all of them. She helped me setup my profile, and kept in touch with me. Every step was professional and well explained.
