Our dad passed away last month and we availed their services. They couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. At a late stage I requested change of plans so that I after flying in and some relatives could attend my dads cremation and they were very gracious about it. Maria was specially pleasant, comforting and empathetic (despite her young age!) Daniel was also good.Their rates were also very reasonable and Maria was honest in giving an unexpected rebate on our agreed price for some extra services because they were a little less than what was included in the package.

Umm.. its ok I guess. Plenty of parking. The inside looks antiquated, kind of drab, well I guess it is a mortuary.The sound system sounded good however the monitor was off to the left instead of being in the middle of the sanctuary area. Overall considering the events that took place I guess the place was okay.

Family owned, operated and staffed, nice when many local funeral homes are corporate owned with little more than the bottom line as a key goal. They handled both of my parents services, as the family desired. Took away the stress of dealing with a death around the holidays. Very nice, well kept facility. We were kept informed along the way.

By definition, it is impossible to love an experience with a mortuary, but my experience with Lima was positive. Don Lima was available, truthful, and compassionate without being maudlin. His willingness to accommodate our familys needs during a very difficult time was greatly appreciated.

They did a good job and made everything easy for us. They handled my brother in laws Russian Orthodox body preparation, casket, body viewing for the family and priest, transport to the church for an all night open casket vigil and transport to his grave for burial the next day very well. All in time for his 2nd day vigil with burial on the 3rd day after death.They are on the ball and took care of everything very rapidly, professionally and politely despite not having any advance notice or planning for this event.The cost was just under $7000. That seems very expensive to me but given I lack experience or a reference for funeral home services, we lacked time to comparison shop and needed someone who could deal with orthodox practices the price is what it is.
