Please avoid going with SPK Consultants.They do not reply back if the application is not picked up and do not refund the money.I have been trying to contact them for 2 years but no response

H1B - DO NOT GO WITH SPK CONSULTANTS !!!! - - - 3/11/2015 - flag as inappropriate - commentDO NOT GO WITH SPK CONSULTANTS !!!!I applied visa for my wife through these guys last year (2014). They claimed that the deposit is just to ensure that people do not leave them after they get H1B, however when my wifes application wasnt picked up in lottery they would never even respond back to our e-mails or phones. The worst possible communication.I decided to contact an attorney for justice and when I told them I am going to contact attorney then only they called me.And it didnt stop there. I had to continuously follow up with them for over 5 months to get my money back.Did I get all my deposit back ? Absolutely NOT. More than half the money was deducted citing lame reasons and whatever I got was received via multiple checks in installments after I pushed them again and again.I have said enough. I am posting this wishing that nobody has to go through the terrible experience I had to go through in last 1 year.
