This company is very dishonest and when you call to address being over charged they just hang up. Amazing they are still in business. Avoid this company at all cost.

This Company is a 100 percent COMPLETE JOKE. There Entire Staff is extremely unprofessional insulting and they love to interrupt and talk over you. The Manager Anthony was about as big of a dirt bag as any manager i have ever spoken with. They have horrible follow up service and there culture is disquisting. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We canceled our service and will be disputing all charges with amex in the morning. Also you have to spend several hundred dollars for additional equipment they did not tell me about on the initial call when we signed up. Its a very small company with a garbage culture. I would recommend anyone besides this company for VOIP.

After 2 years of being a loyal Costco client of Intermedia and referring multiple businesses to Intermedia and even starting a new line of phone service in January/2020 with Intermedia, it has been shocking to experience such unprofessional and ineffective customer service by the intermedia Customer Success Team.I contacted Robert (My Sales Rep) to sign up for the new line of phone service 2 months ago and he referred me to Bao and stated that I am in great hands with Bao.The new sales rep was rude, impatient and simply wanted my credit card number to get me off the phone and when I asked if there are any other available plans for Costco Executive customers, he kept placing his phone on Mute so I could not hear what he was saying. Talk about being very unprofessional. I signed up for the new line of service regardless.Fast forward, I contacted Robert again 2 weeks ago and informed him that I would like to add additional phone lines and I have yet to hear anything from him. It has been 2 weeks and not even a reply. I contacted intermedia to verify of Robert still working there and guess what, he does work for intermedia. It appears that Intermedia does not appreciate loyal and growing businesses which is very sad as growing small businesses are the foundation of our economy.Bottom line, I will proceed with locating an alternate VOIP provider as it has become very clear of Intermedia no longer appreciating my business.

I have been using intermedia for over a year now. Today I had a very complicated issue with our network and I was very impressed with the patience and professionally of their technical support. Special thanks to Chris C. for taking care of our phone system! Thanks Intermedia!!

Was looking at their cafeteria. Dual use can be used for meetings. They are sponsoring venue and refreshments for our next chapter meeting.
