Sprained my back last Friday. Chloe gave me a great massage and got me moving again.

Nothing special.. paid a first time visit.Probably won’t be coming back.

Friendly front desk staff, clean facility, and Emma was absolutely fantastic! She is so skilled and has the most pleasant disposition! She is highly skilled with her awareness to nerve and tendon locations. She helped to free up the nerve roots down my spine, and smoothed out the muscle fibers in my low back. I feel so much better and I cant wait to return!

Fantastic massage from Jenny. If only the front desk honored the rates they quoted. They just charged me $158 + tip for a 90 minute which was not the rate quoted.

Ive had 3 appointments the last 3 weeks with Polly. This is my first experience with massage, and she has done a great job of checking in with me on comfort, pain level, temperature, etc. Ive had a very tight neck and back and shes done excellent work to help loosen things up!The facility is clean, they accept health benefit cards, and the add ons to the massages are nice. Great customer service. Ill continue to come back

I tried a few different massage places in Sunnyvale and Massage Envy is by far the best. Poly is a master of deep tissue massage and knows where every tendon in the body is, she has an uncanny knack of knowing exactly which muscles and tendons are sore or out of place. Poly has helped me so much with my recovery and I am very grateful. I am going to try another masseuse next week because poly is all booked up, but if shes even half as amazing as Poly Ill be happy.

I prefer a place that treats the customer with consideration.The receptionist offered to schedule me appointment with Adam. I said that I would consider getting a massage with a male therapist but I was a little bit hesitant. But she hung up on me immediately when I said that. I called back but could only get voicemail so I left a message.I understand that I’m supposed to enjoy a massage with a male therapist. But personally, I feel more comfortable to get massage from female practitioners. That does not mean that I want special service. I don’t want to explain why or provide any evidence of past experience. Also, they should not hang the phone up without sayinganything just because I prefer a female therapist.

I visited Massage Envy Sunnyvale last week. The service was fantastic! The experience was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, getting me checked in quickly. While I waited for my therapist, they had hot tea and water, and a.nice space to wait. The masseuse came quickly and asked what type of massage I would like. I was there for a 90 minute session, during which time the masseuse was very professional, asking occasionally if she was performing the massage like I was expecting, whether I wanted more pressure or less, if there were particular areas I needed worked on. Once the massage was done, it was a quick checkout, and I was done. All in all, a great experience, I will definitely go again!

I am a Massage Envy member. I love the great value the membership offers. I have been going to the Sunnyvale location for massage and facial for over a year. I am very happy with the services I got from here. I love a couple of the Therapists here including Alice, Chris and Edgar. The Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I can usually get same day booking, which is great for my busy schedule. Its a great place for me to pamper myself.

I must say this is by far one of the best Massage Envy locations I have been too. Jane was my therapist she is excellent! Did just what I asked. Very knowledgeable and can tell what your body needs. Front desk is is very professional and polite. Place is very relaxing and I must say very clean.. nice to see extra amenities in the bathroom after my long massage. Thank you.

Massage Envy Sunnyvale is a great place for a professional, affordable massage at a clean and relaxing environment. The front desk are very friendly. There are quite a few great therapists to try at this location. I had massages with multiple therapists here. Every one has different touche/technique/specialization, but so far every one has been great.I have been a Wellness program member for over a year, and I loved it. I think the membership is just a way for me to put the money and time aside for myself. We only have one body, we got to take good care of it. Even a car needs oil change and tune up services. When I got my regular massages from this place, always felt great mentally and physically afterwards. I felt I am recharged.Have you heard that 1 hr massage = 10 hrs of rest (by TOUCH Institute)

Had several massages here and several facials. Really relaxing experience. Massage therapists really listen and apply the right amount of pressure for you. They really helped work out my tension and knots in my shoulders and back. Facials here are great too, left having my skin feeling and looking rejuvenated. Friendly front desk and staff. Highly recommend!

LOL !!! No wonder why EVERY MASSAGE ENVY has terrible ratings. I called to make an appointment and I told the lady to hang on a second while I grab my credit card number to put on file. This lady puts me on hold because she had a customer- understandable of course and then when I asked why I was put on hold (since I just needed to quickly grab my card) the lady gave me SO Much attitude. Its SO hilarious how a clerk worker is SO entitled to give attitude to someone who just wants to give money and make an appointment. To the lady working at the register- learn to give RESPECT to people who want to de stress and book a massage. You clearly showed me no sign of being a relaxing place, you are the worst person ever.

Cynthia is really good at working out knots while still being relaxing. I also see Madison for my mens facials and shes great! Definitely worth checking out. Membership saves you money.

Ive been a member at Sunnyvale Massage Envy for going on 3 years. Vanessa has helped my joints where physical therapy did not touch. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated if that makes sense. Maria is a wonderful esthetician and I will return for more facials as well as massages. Love ME

I travel everyday for more than three hours to-fro to my work place and also recently had a trap muscle pull too. So visited the Sunnyvale Massage Envy and the therapist Julie did a very good back-shoulder-neck massage. Felt so relaxing and got another appointment booked for next week. :)

Massage Envy is the most professional massage business I have encountered. This location has the greatest deep tissue massage therapists and very professional and friendly front desk personnel.I highly recommend to all who need a relaxing or therapeutic massage.

Horrible horrible horrible place !!!!!!!!!!!!!Booked an appointment and calked within an hour as had to go to the hospital for family. The rude receptionist and manager were ego driven and uncompromising. They said, its the system and you will be charged for rescheduling. We are independent managers and we cant do anything. You will pay up. When I told that its unfair, they said good luck, have a nice day and hung up.Have had enough of massage envy. Half of the centers dont have estheticians and other half has management like Karen here at Sunnyvale. When I asked her that does customer service and unforseen circumstances mean anything to her or its the corporate policy, to which her arrogant reply was do not put words in my mouth, you will be charged, period.I am out of massage envy, had enough of it in 6 months. Sunnyvale centre is the worst of all.A very disgusted and upset customer !!!!!!!!!!

I just had a wonderful massage by Edgar at the Massage Envy in Sunnyvale, Ca. I have recently been experience back pain on my left side where the pain was so bad it made it difficult to sleep. I explained my symptoms to Edgar and he spent a significant amount of time working the area over. I was concerned that too much pressure might aggravate the condition and make it worse, however Edgar was able to provide just the right amount in the affected area and I feel much better! I am a regular client at the Massage Envy in Sunnyvale and all of the therapists I have seen there have been excellent, so I would highly recommend the place. If you are experiencing significant pain symptoms I would recommend that you have a session with Edgar. I had a 90 minute session, instead of a regular 60 session to ensure that my back got he attention it needed.

Horrible dishonest people. I have had decent massages at this location and the personnel have been polite, however when I left my diamond necklace in the room, I was told no one found it. It wasnt so much the dishonesty as the fact the manager spoke to me in a disrespectful manner after I anxiously inquired whether their security cameras might have seen if I left it on the counter. I am planning on discontinuing my membership with such dishonest people.

I booked an appointment on the phone for facial, but when I went there the receptionist told me we do have you in our system and we do not have any spot available to accept you today. I confirmed two times on the phone.

Took a trip up to Sunnyvale to visit my friend Devon and we decided to pamper ourselves with massages. I had Ashley and she had Seth and we both felt amazing leaving! Seriously the most relaxed Ive been in a longggg time. Our next spa day will definitely be here and Im pretty sure we agreed on once a month haha cant wait to come back! :)

I went as a first time client. The masseuse was sick with a cough, sneezing, which I didn’t find out until I was already on the table. I then got influenza H1N1 from this visit and had to take Tamiflu. The management must not allow or pressure therapists to work when they are clearly unwell and they should disclose sickness to clients so we have a choice.

I am an active member of ENVY Sunnyvale CA, I will give 4.5 stars for the massage therapists who are nice & handworking, but 0.5 star for the horrible customer service, they don’t even deserve 1 star. Especially the representative named Sara.Let me tell you what happen.I called for making an appt with a therapist I normally choose, Just say A therapist, Sara told me she is not available until 5:30pm sth, it’s too late for me, and I request B therapist who is no longer in that location. I remembered she turned back to tell me A therapist is ok at 4:30 pm sth. I made it then.When I went there, this is not the case, this is C therapist, I am not saying C is no good, she is very nice & patience. Just only A & B are good fit of what I need for the neck & back pain.Ok, that’s fine. Just reschedule, however, conflict was coming. Sara returned back with bad face & said sth like “ I “ approach, - I picked up the call ...... I remembered whole conversation ....... I told you the words “different therapist” ........ I xxxxxxx....... ALL WITH SUPER IMPOLITE ATTITUDE. (I have 2 current businesses, construction & food service, all related to customer service, and NEVER SEEN bad services like that)How do you know your memory is 100% right & my memory is 100% wrong?Alright, we don’t need to argue, fair to say, we just need to check phone recording, I am fine to apologize IF it shows my mistake.I asked Sara, “do you have recording for checking?” — I was shocked she fighted back in one second, “Do you have recording to show me?” ...... oh my god, You passed my border line, & tried to put me on fire. I need to complain & let your boss know your attitude to deal with customer, she even threatened me if I don’t accepted this appt, your money is still being charged.Ok. Sounds like I have no choice as a customer due to your threatening. After I was forced to get the service, I filled out the form for cancellation with the rating for couples questions, I marked everything good except the customer service. I supposed that the manager should call back for service improvement & try to understand what’s going on? ( this was what I did as a PR manager & keep customers get the best service we can in my current businesses). Unfortunately, they let you get away, 2 weeks gone, no one called me.In other words, respect each other is the key for customer service, that is NOT the place. GOOD LUCK BOSS, you have that kinds of staff.

Ridiculous. After being a member over 2 years, I cancelled my membership. They claimed not to receive a random form which I had faxed over, so they did not honor my cancellation request.I walked in to the Campbell location and asked them to send the necessary documents. I sat there, filled everything out, and watched as they sent the documents over and then confirmed with Sunnyvale they had received them.Problem solved? Uh. No. For the past three months theyve continued to charge my credit card.Oh, and the massages at the Sunnyvale location were awful.

I took a photo of my month-to-month contract, with no initial period dates filled out, when I started to pay for a monthly massage here. I had a feeling they would try to screw me over and claim that I had signed a full-year deal. My suspicions were just confirmed. Now I have to trust that theyll actually cancel the recurring billing, or go through the hassle of filing fraudulent charge claims with my credit card company. Dont even bother coming here. Crooked practices.

Good place, but frustrated- cannot get in when I want to-harder and harder to get in without making a reservation far in advance which I am unable to do- I sent an email to manager about this at the encouragement of front desk staff who told me others have complained of the same issue, but did not get a response.
