Small shop with excellent service. Will definitely go back for pedicures again.

HORRIBLE service 65$ later and i got clumpy BLUE nails when i asked for black, 2 very crooked nails, 1 nail that fell off after one day. The man was super rough with my hands and made me bleed from filing so hard. My friend got charged 70$ for uncut coffins that came out very clumpy and uneven and the lady was very rude and still demanded a tip in the end. Literally NEVER go here!

My appointment was at 3pm. I showed up on time and she told me a few minutes, no big deal right… Finally got to her at 3:30. She was very aggressive with my hands, just throwing them around and twisting em back rudely.. right in the middle of having my nails done she just stopped and went and cleaned the floor in the back room, while I sat there for another almost 30 minutes waiting for her to finish my nails.. when she got done with my nails there was few mess ups on one of my nails. To top that all off, she insisted that I left a tip..

They got me in 45 minutes late after my appointment. I stayed because I was referred to by a friend. I showed an inspo photo of the nails I wanted and was told they were to busy to do designs even though I had an appointment. I would have understood that if I had just walked in. They shaped and painted my nails horribly and I will have to get them fixed somewhere else. Also way too expensive! I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely a terrible experience and a complete waste of an afternoon! If it was possible to rate them no stars did get no star! I waited over an hour to get a pedicure and manicure. Didnt get neither after like hour and a half later. It was supposed to be a 30 minute wait and that stretched over an hour. I want to say they were rude as well because they spoke in their language and no communication with I.

I read the reviews and almost ran for the hills but I’m a truck driver and I was parked right there next to the shop I decided to go in first thing in the morning and get a pedicure while I was there I decided to also get a full set and the girls were all very nice the shop itself was very clean and bright it was a very relaxing refreshing experience they do charge three dollars for a baggie of supplies and that you take with you and bring back whenever you come back to see them or to whatever shop you go to I kind of like the idea because it’s not wasteful any other way you run the risk of contracting somebody else’s foot grime or harming the environment with excessive waste.

I made an appointment for 10AM, got there on time for a pedicure and literally ended up sitting with my feet in the water for 50 minutes. I had another appointment for another nail salon for my mani at 11:30 and they only painted my toes and charged me 40 dollars. I didn’t get a single thing in the package besides the nail painting and when I questioned the price they told me because I used the water. Ridiculous and I will never be going again. A waste of time and money.

I got my nails with gel and they didnt even let them dry good and my nails were not even dryed for like 5 hours and there are all ulgy! horrible place to do your nails NOT recommended. And i paid $22 for nothing!

I got my wife a gift card before the pandemic in February 2020. She tried going in multiple times over the summer and they were closed. She went in after they were open again, a year after the purchase and they stated the gift card expired after a year. The lady ripped up the $50 gift card voucher in front of her. Had they been open I would have no issue. But they were closed and we had no option of going in. They were very rude and unreasonable.

2 hours and $93 later! With an appt I got a basic pedi with a bloody toe, and the old man painted my toes like a toddler would have! His wife did her best to fix the mess- no leg massage or lotion for $46!!! My nails are different lengths and shapes! She was juggling three of us at once! Horrible

Literally the worst place i have been to! They have bad service The lady that was doing my nails was giving me attitude she didn’t even do my nails correct and still made me pay extra! Always clean! Always nice even when they are slammed. They can do an excellent design. I highly recommend the hot stone massage pedicure! You can keep your files and buffers for $3. The first time you go. Then bring it back when you come again. They disinfect tools in front of you and are through. Plastic line the tubs. Always an enjoyable experience.

Worst place ever! Never come here people are rude and they say they have walk in welcome as soon as you walk in they look at you all weird and mad and say make an appointment and I just wanted a fill and I guess they want more money that’s why they didn’t bother to look at me in the eyes!

The last time I went here (summer time) I went in to get my nails done. The older lady started me off and half way through she took a phone call and literally sat in front of me for 10min talking on the phone AND then starting working on my nails again. The only reason I didn’t walk out is because she had already begun.

I see the negative reviews and yes customer interaction is a bit rough around the edges, but I have had good experiences overall. Good pedicure, fast and efficient which I like. I want to be in and out not chatting anyway. I am always greeted and served right away. Pedicures last. It helps to go early in the day. If you dont expect a lot of small talk and royal treatment, just get the job done and get on with your day, then this is nice.

They do a very good job and they pay attention 2 what there doing!! If u have a appt they only work on u till your completley done!!! And there fast..

Poor quality nails. Inconsistent nails. Rude personnel. Asked for coffin nails and lady said she could do them and when I asked her to fix nails to my liking the lady responded your finger too fat that why. The girl on pic she have skinny.

The second time I’ve come here and simply ask for coffin shape which is supposed to be skinny square and I had to go Home and reshape myself. Why pay if they can’t do their job nicely?? Always crooked no matter how many times I’ve readjustsed my hand for the nail tech. Can’t blame being busy or rushed if I’m the only person in the salon.

VERY rude. I have acrylic ALL over my hands. The shaping SUCKS. I’m going to stick to Sunny’s Nails, they’re THE BEST! Very nice staff!

Went for the first time there, looking for a nail salon open on a Sunday and found this one open. I walked in, a lady that worked not even greeted me, talked to me very rudely in front of other customers. Dont know if thats their mood every day but they sure need to be more polite with their customers. I was there about 1 minute or two and left. The lady noticed I didnt like the way she talked to me, I just left, got in my car, lady came after me, knocked on my car window and asked me why I left. I told her your customer skills suck, I dont need your services, never coming back. I hope your customers have a a nice day.

Horrible completely horrible. Do not go to this salon. The old nail tech was so rude to me and humiliated me in from of all the customers present at the time. The guy burn my skin and freaked out. Immediately he started to blame it in me for no reason. He was sow mean from the start. He left and had someone finish his work on me. Very rude man. I never had this experience anywhere else. DO NOT GO THERE.

Great Service!

My little girl and I were looking to spend some time together doing our nails, the employees were okay they just seem a very rushed which is understandable but they should also take into consideration customer service. We are not only there for the final result of a nail set, we are there for the experience as well. They had me sit in a chair away from my daughter. My daughter was waiting at the nail drying station for technician to come and paint her nails. Without asking me the technician came over, picked up my daughter and moved her to another other chair. My daughter is only 4 years old so of course she didnt have much say in being moved, I just found it rude and disrespectful for the technician to pick her up like her own child and move her. She is old enough that she could have moved if she had been asked or if I had been asked to have her moved. I was not impressed and no, I will not be going back.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. First of all they took complete advantage of my mom, after asking for regular nail polish for my daughters they said no and gave them both gel polish. The nail tech was forcing my little girls hand into the machine even though my little girl was obviously visibly scared. Also there is no price list and nobody understands any English! Do not go to this place unless you want to deal with rude nail techs and over priced horrible nail jobs.

I asked the very rude nail tech for the matte price vs gel. I wanted gel but was curious to see if they had matte. She said matte would be 5 dollars more so I said Ill just have gel. Well when my nails were dryin I looked at them and they looked matte do I asked her and she said no that it was GEL matte. I said I never wanted matte she said no it was gel! She charged me for matte and did a crummy job on my nails, really uneven coffin tips and she was extremely rude. Charged me 50 even though I did not want matte nails! NEVER coming back. Do not recommend. Bad service, deceiving and rude.

Costumer service doesnt apply here. They wont give you a receipt for the charges, only a total so they can jack up the prices and you wouldnt know it. They used to be a good nail salon. Its a hit or miss. Spare your grief and go somewhere else.

So I went to get my nails done on September 25 2018. Not even 48 hours went by and my index finger nail broke while I was getting a cup of water. I called them to let them know what had happened and they were very rude and told me to come in. I went in and they ignored me, then the man that works there started doing my nails he did a horrible job. He left clots of acrilic on the inside of the nail. He didn’t even wait till the first coat of nail polish was done when he added about four more layers of nail polish. They then told me to pay them $3 for fixing my nail. I told them that I wasn’t going to pay because they did a bad job and they didn’t even last me 48 hours when they are suppose to last me 2 weeks. I don’t recommend coming to Nail Design they are rude and unprofessional!!!!

Im visiting from Las Vegas & I was shocked that the pricing was more and they charge $3 for supplies here. What a joke!! Also, didnt appreciate them laughing when I picked the cheapest spa treatment. Too much money for what they offer. I wish I had read the reviews.

The one female nail tech hardly understands English and asks fortips.. I had a gift certificate for 50 she left me $5 after she helped herself to a tip. Will never go back due to lack of communication skills and rudeness. The man that owns it is gone right now..

I went today with friends, nails were crooked and they were very rude. They charged you for mistakes they made and I honestly do NOT recommend.

I asked for a full and all the did was take nail polish off and paint of again. And the charged 21 dallors for it.. every where else is 15 dallors

There nails there were ok.! There fills were really thick.! So if you want your fill to last long thats the place to go,! The guy had very long nails. He cut my sister in laws finger and one nail was bigger than the other.!
