We ended up with a flat on our RV on our way to Tennessee. We called and they had a tire but told us they were booked and couldnt mount or balance it. When we got there, Charles the store manager got us the tire and also got it mounted and balanced for us. We appreciate him for going above and beyond and helping us get back on the road for vacation. I highly rate 👌💯 them!

Kind and courteous staff even took care of my emergency flat tire on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment when they were already booked full about an hour before closing.

As full-time RVers, we depend on Firestone around the country for our tow car. Yet again, they did not disappoint! We needed an alignment and explained our circumstances to Charlie who got us in the next day in spite of a busy schedule. Corey did the alignment and took time to explain it all to us, so we have a clear understanding. We were treated with professionalism and respect and would recommend this particular Firestone. Its a busy place, so make your appointment as much in advance as possible.

I needed an inspection done ASAP because I just got my car and the registration was due in five days. Every other garage I called was booked until the middle of the month which wouldnt work and Charlie managed to squeeze me in for Thursday! The only issue I ran into was after the inspection was completed I was told that my owners card was out of date and that they couldnt pass it till I got a new one... I already had the paperwork in my glovebox, but one of the mechanics had thoughtfully tucked it away into my owners manual without letting anyone know... Lackluster service and had to get it looked at a month later because my car started shaking violently only to be told that my lug nuts had been left too loose from the service that I had received here.

I called to see if they had two new tires to put on my Jeep they did however they could not fit me in that day so I made an appointment for the next day took it in 10 minutes before my time I sat there for 5 hours waiting for them to put two brand new tires on my Jeep that is not okay sitting there waiting that long with it 6 year old not to mention while I was there there were several phone calls and I know those people on the other end were not very happy someone called they left their vehicle set there overnight assuming they would fix it right away in the morning and I heard the guy that answered the phone tell them when you drop your car off overnight we assume its here for the day who does that thats not how it works people expect you to do their vehicle right away in the morning I know that person was not happy at all

I was told I needed new wheel bearings for inspection that I literally had just replaced myself a few weeks prior.

Would not recommend it too many excuses and not very professional

Ive been to Firestones from Texas to Wyoming and Georgia. one of two Ive never had problems with. managers will work with you and know their stuff.

After they claimed to have found my leak (bad valve stem internals - a very cheap fix) they discovered a second leak while holding the car overnight for me since I could not pick it up same day. This leak, somehow undiscovered the day prior, was also claimed to be in a part of the tread so close to the shoulder it was unrepairable. When I expressed my tepid disbelief at this turn of events the general manager, Charlie, snapped over the phone to me that he was offended at the insinuation and urged me to take it elsewhere.**My own experience working customer service is that its not a businesss or employees place to express a personal feeling. If a customer expresses a concern you dont gaslight them, you patiently take the time to reassure them.Upon visually inspecting the location of this newly found hole myself with their tech spraying it with soapy water my vehicle experience helped me to conclude that they were being dishonest. Indeed, when I took it to Lewisburg Walmart Tire & Lube two independent, experienced mechanic friends in management indicated that it WAS indeed fixable amd performed the repair for me with success.It is my consideration that Firestone placed that 2nd hole there in what they deemed an unfixable location in an attempt to garner a tire sale from the situation. After they replaced the leaking valve stem internals and I retook possession of the car the tire lost air 2-3 times faster across an 8 hour period with comparable driving conditions and lengths as it had when I first discovered the slow leak two days prior. I suspect Firestone saw an opportunity and tried to manipulate the situation. In speaking with the service technician for the towing company that took my car there after this all transpired he indicated a similarly bad opinion of this business, specifically the general manager, Charlie.Approach this business with caution.

The customer service I experienced was beyond Excellent, Carolyns professionalization along with her knowledge of car care is exceptional.From the initial call to schedule an appointment to have new rims put on my truck to the final handshake was by far the most enjoyable and informative time I spent at a Firestone establishment. Not only were the staff pleasant they greeted the customers with a smile.I was very discouraged with issues brought to my attention that were performed at another establishment but at the same time thankful Management was very accommodating to make a wrong a right. I want to thank all of you for your dedication and treating me as a person and not a number. Please dont change and keep up the awesome work.

Got a flat tire on our way back to CT from Wyoming. Sunday about 2pm so of course everything is closed and we were really stuck. Firestone was open til 4 so I gave em a call to see if they could help us get home. Guy who answered the phone was rude giving me the run around and could not be bothered to help us with a tire. Drove back to CT on a donut. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Charged me 361.99 for a fuel pump that was only 150.00 max and added 215.00 for labor for a total near 582.00 to change a fuel pump. The pump ended up being cracked where the vent hose attaches, so I put a new one on myself for 100.00. They will not give me any money back for the faulty part they put on and kept ignoring the fact that they charged me 361 dollars for the part. Don’t take your vehicle there to be overcharged for easy work.

Had an appointment for 1 for inspection got there a few minutes early. An hour and fifteen minutes later they tell me car wont pass inspection and they had the rear brakes pulled apart for an emergency brake issue but never told me or asked if they could diagnose the issue. Wasted my time which time is money. Then he says the emergency brake works but Im failing it. Not sure if I understand. I worked for Firestone I know how they operate shoulda never went back!

Very unfriendly. They also told me that my alignment was very off, which another shop completely disagreed with(as did I since I felt no usual signs). They did not give me the paperwork to show this alignment issue. The tires themselves and installation was fine, but I do not plan on going back.

From oil changes & tire rotation, to inspections, to brakes & serpentine belts, Firestone has been a great auto place for me. The mechanics always explain what needs to be done, the price & the time involved. They are patient with questions & answer so a non-car person can understand. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Made an appointment for 10am for just an oil change on my pickup truck. Got there a few minutes before 10am and came back at 11am and the oil change still wasn’t done.They mentioned “they weren’t aware is was a quick drop off appointment” well I apologize for not being clear when I made my appointment for 10am that I needed it done at 10am. What’s the point of making appointments? No pun intended. I would have been ok if they mentioned they were backed up and it’ll be a little while until they get it to. You don’t make a haircut appointment for 10am and not get it done until 11am, I know, what’s hair got to do with an oil change.When making an appointment here just ensure both parties are on the same terms of when the job will be done. It’s probably my fault that I don’t know how firestone operates with their appointment procedures. Rant over.

Amazing staff and amazing organization. Every single time I feel I should wait for a different garage, I always end up there and they give me the best service and very affordable prices. They never cease to amaze me with them always helping me in every situation I have needed. I used them more and more throughout the year than what I ever have and Im proud to tell others.

I normally do my own vehicle maintenance but when I was faced with a job I wasn’t confident in, I worried I wouldn’t find a garage I could trust, at a price I could afford. This location had the lowest price (literally half the cost of others), the people were nice and informative, and the work was done right.Thanks guys!

The work is normally good but in my experience the accuracy of the work isnt always there. By that I mean the wrong product might get ordered for you or something you specified to one person you didnt want to be billed for (like a road hazard warranty) wasnt communicated to the person who rings you up and it ends up on the bill.So, the work is good but its a good idea to thoroughly review the details before paying.

Every time I come here theyre very helpful and patient. They do a great job at a reasonable price. I especially like Carolyn shes so personable!

Almost a year ago I took my Volkswagen to this Firestone for an electrical problem. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuse box that had been recalled and replaced that fuse box.Today I took my Volkswagen to the Volkswagen dealership for the same problem and they informed me that Firestone had replaced the recalled fuse box with ANOTHER recalled fuse box.Do not trust these people with your safety.

Expert Tire is amazing!!! I needed an inspection and an oil change.. found out I also needed brakes. Before I knew it my car was finished and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Quality work at better than reasonable prices... THANKS EXPERT TIRE... I will be getting ALL my service work done here from now on!!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The miserable old lady Carolyn behind the desk does not belong working with the public. I pulled up 3 minutes after close with a hole in my tire, I told them I realize they were closing but I had an emergency. All the workers were still there and they were still helping a customer and I begged for them to plug it until I could get a new tire and she told me she just shut down her computer and she’s not rebooting it and to leave. I said what should I do and she basically said it’s not her problem and to leave it there maybe tomorrow they could get to it or to drive slow to Monroe muffler maybe they would still be open. Thank god Monroe has such great service I called them right away and they told me go slow they will not close on me and they will help me out. I got there we found the hole but due to driving on the tire I need to replace the whole tire now. Monroe stayed open late and told me they will drive to Harrisburg(on. Sunday) if they have to get me a tire. Thanks Firestone! Terrible customer service and even more miserable employee.

These people are awesome! I know I can trust them not to tell me I need repairs when I dont. When I do need repairs, they take care of my car professionally and as efficiently as possible. Even do courtesy checks for me when I freak out about lights coming on...

Surprisingly great service. Very cool receptionist. I went in with very low expectations and only cuz they are the closest place to my house.My car was overheating, so i really had no choice. Got me in immediately and did great work.NO HIDDEN COSTS!!I will go back.

I specifically asked for a Hunter roadforce balance and requested it be noted on the work order. That was my entire reason for going there. Well they did whatever they wanted and charged me 70 for a regular balance which was just done by Sunbury Frame and alignment. Tires still are not matched to my rims and have a high spot. Thanks for nothing!

My truck had issue They took me right then they called me Explain to me whats exactly wrong with my truck They had parts is stock they fixed it and I was on my way. Highly recommended

Mixed reviews here, counter guy was less than pleasant, but simply a helpful and talkative to customer behind me. Did not relay verbally mechanics notes of possible safety issues or repairs, up on my call minutes after leaving I asked him to read notes on invoice, and received no alignment readings either, he informed me of notes and told me he forgot to relay. Hmm I felt saying, my family rides in my truck, and there safety is paramount as yours is to you, . Disappointed and rather upset with this locations attention to detail and basic disregard of corporate compliance and regulations . Smh

I purchased power steering fluid from a local auto store, but upon reading the manual, I should have gotten automatic transmission fluid. I called the garage to see if it would be okay to use. They told me to stop by, and would top it off for me, at no charge. If they care that much about their customers, Ill keep on taking the vehicles there for service.
