Dempsey is a tremendous company to work with. The products they provide us with are always great quality. Above all, our delivery driver is an all around great guy. Always looking to help us any way he can and tries to “sell us” on things we don’t need. I cannot say enough good things about Dempsey.

Product is ok but the service is nightmare. Had 148 rags, 32 aprons, and hamper stand of my own personal stock was removed and said that it was there stock even though they dont carry those items of the nature. (Terry towels with orange lines versus theirs with blue lines). Then the money issue that they never fixed. And to top it off they want to tape the key to the place on your front door so someone can brake in and run off with what ever they want

Ive used this company for over seven years and have been give great service by their office staff and drivers. Kirk, my current driver and Chris, the alternate have always been respectful and willing to help out where they can. recommended linen service at reasonable prices. Thanks guys!

They say there’s no obligations cancel anytime even while you’re signing then when you cancel they say I’m obligated for 10 years ! Bad business

Instead of spending thousands of dollars on computer systems to make sure were at our areas, or worrying about the clothes we have on maybe spend some money on new equipment and paying for training for all of maintenance.
