Adrian is absolutely the best! He’s always friendly, patient and informative; his customer service is outstanding! The sewer service began ok but quickly turned into a disaster for us. It went from a simple plugged sewer line issue to a major repair of 75ft of undersize sewer pipe and the first several feet of drain field replacement which was full of tree roots. We asked for a quote and never received one by mail or phone. The communications were very poor on the job progress by the workers with their office. It seemed that no one agreed on who was the foreman manger, so now everything became a disagreement and a contest with them.There was gas and electric location service provider but they missed the ATT U verse communication lines, so the Eckmeyer crew tore up and broke the communication lines. They argued and said they didnt, but they in fact did. It took most of three weeks to get the communication service repaired. Eckmeyer told me that it was my responsibility to get the repair claim and repairs done.When the workers were done they left rubble, sod, and veryuneven ground surfaces everywhere, and also left three huge boulders for me to deal with.It was late in the year so I thought the crew would be back in the spring, not so.I had to call and ask what could be done about a crocked tank riser and the installed box for the electric power. The owner Steve said that they were plumbers not landscape people, and that it would be my responsibility for landscape service. If I had a quote I would have seen that. Again a little bit of a contest but Steve agreed to come back to check out the concerns, which were a croaked riser and electric, and backfilling around the two tanks.I think the Eckmeyer invoice was reasonable for the work done. But a bunch of hoops to go through for a customer of more than 30 years.

These guys are awesome, I have used them for years on many things. You wont find a better price for the quality anywhere.I knew my septic drain field was failing and gave them pretty short notice to get it done. They went way out of their way to replace my drain field in winter. Every person I have ever dealt with in this company seems to have a really good attitude even if theyre standing outside in the freezing cold replacing a drain field.I would recommend them to anybody.
