Sweet Sounds Hearing Aids was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad he did!Jim (the Hearing Instrument Specialist) made me feel at ease immediately with his laid back, pleasant demeanor. However, he was very meticulous with his testing and found my hearing loss areas and explained them to me in detail.He has several different models of hearing aids to choose from but never once did I feel pressured by Jim to get a particular hearing aid. In fact, I finally had to ASK HIM which hearing aid(s) he would recommend for me and why.He answered all of my questions in plain English, not scientific mumbo-jumbo. He narrowed my choices down to 3 and explained the features and benefits of each model, then sat back and let me decide which ones I wanted.Throughout our interaction, he was pleasant, friendly, professional and was genuinely interested in helping me with my hearing problems, not just in making a sale.Jim himself has hearing aids and he knows most of the ins and outs of instruments, so he speaks not just from book learning, but from personal experience as well.I would recommend him to anyone who thinks (or whose spouse thinks) that they may have hearing loss.The one drawback to getting my hearing aids from Jim - I can no longer tell my wife that I didnt hear what she said!!

My mother recieved great service at Sweet Sounds. We are very appreciative of the service my mother recieved. Losing your hearing is something really difficult. It was very hard and depressing for my mother, and thanks to Jim my mother has been able to recuperate some of her hearing. I would definitely recommend Sweet Sounds. Thank you for everything!
