My first day and loved it...Everyone is so nice.. Everyone is supportive...Ita feels amazing... Will be returning .At leadt 3 times a week.. Workout and boxing is on point.. You go at your own pace!!!

13 year old loves the teen classes; he comes home exhausted and happy. Recommended.

I recently started taking my 7yr old to the kids boxing classes. My son has cerebral palsy and Jerome made it a point to tailor his workout to his needs & limitations, all while making sure he pushed him to work hard. While we were there another father stopped in for some information, and instead of giving him the standard line, he invited his son to join the class. Little things like that go a long way nowadays and definatly did not go unnoticed. His staff is also great with the kids! This is a great place to have with everything going on in the world right now. Its a fun, safe environment for all ages and gets kids active when there are limited options due to the pandemic. If you are in the area stop in and see for yourself, you will be glad that you did!

My boys said they were happy to see Mr. JJ again... they especially loved the fun and games, their favorite part was the jumping competition....my oldest son said he couldnt believe he could jump that high! I loved that they were able to do some sort of activity again that they loved and the smiles on their faces were unbeatable!

Great trainer, my school goes there to do boxing and he is very interactive with all the students, he really gets on a personal level. We love going there.

My son had a smile on his face the whole time. We have struggled to find a physical activity that he enjoys. He then came up to me as soon as his class was over and said, Can we do this again? I am overjoyed and grateful for Jerome and his amazing talent with teaching kids. After one class my son was beaming and full of pride for what he had already accomplished.

Great place!

This place is a very good place to bring you children who are interested in boxing or just want to have some fun! Its a great exercise and will keep your kids moving, while learning boxing moves and tactics that could be helpful in the future. All in all a great place!👌

Can not say enough great things about JJs Boxing and Wrestling. The adult classes are great, but what I really love about this place is the kids programs. My son has done both boxing and also joined the wrestling team at JJs. His confidence has grown and he has become a stronger more active kid. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Ive been going to JJs for over a year and have loved every minute! All of the trainers are amazing and very helpful. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming and the classes are great for all fitness levels.

I attend country heat live on Sundays at 10 and have gone to 2 boxing classes. I always feel great when I finish working out. The instructors are wonderful.

Lots of great classes offered with enough time options to fit into even my crazy schedule! Jerome is a great coach/trainer/mentor as well.

JJs Wrestling is fun for the kids but they work them hard while teaching good technique.

Great place for kids to learn and grow. Coaches are patient and believe in their kids.
