So glad to have found John at JL Tech Solutions. He was super easy to work with. We were able to initially able to chat about some of my concerns via email and then he offered fast and flexible options to drop of my laptop to be looked at. He had us up and running in 24 hours! When I picked up my laptop he explained everything he did and made sure I didnt have any questions. Super helpful and great value. They are now our go-to provider for tech assistance. HIGHLY RECCOMEND - Had a hard drive boot issue - called 9:30 AM on a Saturday - John Lopez answered and took my laptop in for review by 10 AM. He off-loaded the data and assessed my drive, determined in was defective, acquired and replacement drive (finding one for abut 40% less than the first option), and had it installed with all of my data transferred back on by Monday evening. He saved nearly every file from my business PC from a defective drive - a real life saver - I picked it up the following morning. Incredible service - John will always be my first call when I have and issue with my PC - A++++
