I worked with Ann on getting a new laptop through Horstman. She had all of my information from my old laptop transferred to the new one and took the time to go over the workings of gmail in Chrome since gmail is no longer supported in Internet Explorer.I really did appreciate the help plus shes checked back with me via email to see if all is going well with my new laptop and asked me to let her know if I have questions. Thats been very valuable and what you call good customer support.

I called and spoke with Anne and was told i could bring in my computer whenever I had time, ive had to set up appointments at other places so that was really nice, when i got there Anne was also at the desk to greet me with a smile, she was also very professional and gave me a quick rundown of the process. Everything was taken care of quickly and the service was exceptional.

I had a computer problem, which was getting worse in the last couple of weeks. I spoke with Ann at Horstman, who was very kind, since I wasnt able to explain the problem very well... images on the screen scrolling up and down by itself, so I brought in my computer for a wellness check. When the problem persisted, they continued until they solved the problem, which involved the mouse. Throughout, it was really nice dealing with Ann, who was professional and easy to talk with. Im completely happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. (My son-in-law referred me here originally) This actually is a refurbished lenovo computer which I bought from Horstman a few years ago, and except for this solved recent problem (which involved a mouse bought elsewhere), Ive been very happy with it.

Recently I brought a yoga computer to horseman computers. It was a absolutely delightful experience from beginning to end thanks to Ann. Normally I am apprehensive about the services because of cost and time. Ann gave me options and keep me updated every step of the way, she is professional and passionate about her work. I called Horstman Computers about two months ago because I had a problem with our outdated server that needed attention ASAP. Jason came out and fixed the problem that day. Since then he has helped us with various problems. We were in need of updating all of our ten year old computers so Jason gave us a very reasonable price on all new computers and a new server. He spent an entire day setting everything up for us and made sure that everything was perfect before he left. I would highly recommend Horstman Computers!

These are great! They are much more than a computer store. They have wired two complete offices for me as well as set up all phones and computers. Tech support is minutes away. Ive had my computer worked on by Geek Squad 5 times online and twice in their store and they were never able to replicate or fix the problem. I also had a different computer repair store work on it and they were unable to replicate or fix the problem.James came out this morning and immediately saw the problem I was talking about. He ran a battery of in-depths tests and was able to determine that it was not a hardware or driver problem. We looked at the problem websites in different browsers and we determined the best approach.Computer now runs faster and has no more browser issues.He even did a couple of quick tweaks on my wifes computer to make that run faster as well!

Came in with my old laptop in hopes to purchase a up to date machine and recycle my old one and brian took the time and helped me find the perfect machine that suited my needs. not only was he able to set up everything with my new backup hard drive he was able to recover years of family photos i thought were lost on my old dead laptop free of charge! highly recommend brian and his staff!

Horstman Computers has the best service in town. First time I called them because our whole network was down Jason and Curt arrived in about 20 minutes. Turns out our 7 year old router had failed. Jason had a new router programed and installed in less than an hour and all of my computers were back up and running. While programing the router Jason noticed my computers were infected with malware and spyware he ran his scans on both of the reception computers and removed all the garbage and now they run like new. I was nervous when I asked what the bill was going to be... Jason said the scans and virus removal were complementary its a thank you for calling us and the total bill was only $105 for the router and labor. Simply Amazing! Jason is a true credit to small business! a year has passed and I continue to be a valued customer. There has been several times where I needed help with technical/IT issues for my business and they made themselves available to assist every time. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family.Also Jason sold me an HP Elitebook it was his personal recommendation and its the best Laptop I have ever owned!!!

My in-laws from Iowa were in town just for the weekend and they were in desperate need of a new computer. We went to Horstman on a Saturday, about a half an hour before close... My in-laws ended up getting an excellent HP machine for a steal. Although no technicians were there at the time, the salesman telephoned Kurt (repair technician) and he talked us through all the details. For example, not everything was installed onto the machine that my in-laws needed. We were able to leave my in-laws old computer there. On Monday, Kurt put all their old data onto a flash drive as well as the programs they needed to upload onto their new computer. Kurt said that he would walk them through the uploads over the phone as soon as they received the flash drive. I mailed the flash drive to them, but of course they didnt end up calling Horstman Computers until 5:30pm on Friday (they close at 5pm on Fridays over the summer). But Kurt was still there and worked with them over the phone for some time to make sure they got everything downloaded and up and running. This was AFTER CLOSE on a FRIDAY. Awesome customer service! (My in-laws arent computer savvy at all. Im sure Kurt saved my husband and I hours of frustration trying to help them ourselves. Thank you, Kurt!)It is too bad that the woman who previously posted had a bad experience. Horstman only gave her an ESTIMATE of $250. I imagine it is pretty difficult to know what is wrong with the computer for sure before you open it up. If it ended up being only loose connections, I know Horstman Computers would not have charged her the full $250.These folks are honest, hardworking and nice. Im sure they are still only human, but I would go back time and again knowing that these folks are trustworthy and seem to really enjoy helping people.

Remember those nasty viruses that your computer can get if someone clicks on the pop up ad and wants you to purchase an antivirus? Well, my sister got one on my laptop computer while we were traveling. I could not leave my computer like that and I didnt know anyone in the area. I did a little research at the library and came upon Horstman Computers.The first thing is that they had my computer fixed in about 3 hours. They completely got rid of the virus and now you cannot tell that anything ever happened. They were very professional and matter of fact about this type of virus. It was a little pricy to get it fixed but that was due to the nature of the infection on my computer. Horstman was a class act and very helpful! Thanks guys!

The Windows 10 upgrade for me personally was a disastrous venture.
