Very professional. Victor did a great job, especially in heavy traffic that did not slow down. And he told me the owner, Alex, tells the drivers to back up any tows they see, even by competitors, so they protect lives. Awesome folks!

Sun City Towing has been such a breath of fresh air. At some of my hardest times Victor and his crew always pulled through and made the experience a breeze, coming to them helped me tremendously. As embarrassing as it is for me to say, I needed them for an intoxalock. I was ashamed and he could tell, never did I feel judged or less like a person. He treated me and my family like family. He was always honest and very helpful. He taught me how to use the device and made sure I was comfortable. For the full year of needing the device he was always there for me with any questions, concern and calibration. I actually enjoyed having to come in so we could visit. They took better then great care of me. I will reccomend them for everything, always. If I ever run into car troubles, I know exactly who to call without hesitation. My car battery died as I was on the way to get an oil change lol. The man who came was beyond wonderful and helpful! Came in the amount of time he told me, was super friendly which is awesome cause I hate taking to car guys since I am a typical clueless woman lol. The price was great as well as the service. I ended up being able to drive to sun city garage after he helped start the car and decided to get a battery as well as my oil change and he was so fast! Definitely did not feel like I was getting played in any way and he also took his time to explain everything to me. Sun city is my new go to!

Called them twice to come tow my vehicle to a different location and went straight to voicemail. Called the next day, a guy picks up and said hes on hos way to the office and will call me back in 10 mins. So i wait and no call back, thought maybe they were busy so i didnt bother to call back til later around 2:30 pm and it went straight back to voicemail. Fast forward next day no calls. Guess they dont want my money. Never calling them for business again.

These gentlemen were unbelievable!! I had a tire blow on my dual axle trailer on I94 and they responded immediately. I had called 3 other companies, all with no desire to help. Their rates are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Yesterday I called (on the recommendation of my car insurance agent, who was towed by Sun City just the day before & was happy with their prices & service) because my van wouldnt start. Eventually it started on its own, and when I called back to cancel my request, the man I spoke to was understanding & gave me helpful advice about what to watch for in the future, & what the cause might have been. I will DEFINITELY use Sun City Towing in the future!

I was quite literally rescued by Sun City Towing during an unexpected snow storm, after my vehicle spun out, and went into a ditch. The gentleman who assisted me was polite, courteous, efficient, and most importantly friendly. The issue was affordably and quickly resolved by Sun City Towing. I would highly recommend the use of their services for anyone needing their help, and will definitely contact them first, should I run into another problem with my vehicle.

My emergency roadside service contacted them and they said they would arrive in 45 min. After 55 min. had lapsed they called and said their tow truck broke down. I ask: what kind of auto repair service lets their tow trucks get into such bad shape that they break down while on duty? I didn’t believe that excuse, and they said it would another 45 min to get another truck to me. I asked if it came with a discount. She laughed disrespectfully and said she would call her boss to ask and call me back. BIG FAT LIE!!! She cancelled with my roadside service, and they had to contract a new towing company. That shows how much they care about someone in dire straights, and what a sham their company is.
