Nick is an excellent person to work with. He was willing to leave his home after hours, to show me a storage unit! Wow, that is awesome customer support! The storage unit we are renting is clean and well kept, as is the entire property of storage units. I would highly recommend A+ Storage, and the owner Nick for your storage needs.

Everyone Ive spoken with and worked with at A+ Storage has been helpful and appreciative for my business. Reserving a unit, filling out the lease, making payment and picking up the keys was very efficient. The unit is clean and very accessible. Both owners were very pleasant to speak with, and I especially enjoyed speaking with and working with Erin on the day I picked up my keys. They were able to get me a unit with in 2 hours. Gave us a free trustworthy lock. The unit looked in good condition. The process was quick and easy to set up. Price compared to the other place in Sun Prairie area is reasonable. Definitely would recommend!

On July 4th we learned that we needed storage unit in a bad way as we prepare to stage our house for sale. I contacted A+ through their website Contact portal and was pleasantly surprised to get a response a short time later. ON A HOLIDAY!Nick told me to call him the next afternoon and he would take care of our needs. We met today and the process was simple and he explained things in great detail. The entire rental process took less than 5 minutes and when I opened the unit it was clean and perfectly suited for our needs.

A+ Storage is a premier storage facility in Sun Prairie, WI. The owners are on site and take security and maintenance of the facility very seriously. Secure gate entry gives piece of mind that my belongings are in good hands. They also have climate controlled units!! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

It was clean. Rooms are good size. However, for each room you have a garage door and a regular door. This is the bad part. You are provided a key to get in the garage door, but nothing for the regular door.

We are pretty new to A+ storage but the initial impressions are very favorable. The unit was clean and they answered all of our questions. My wife and I felt that the prices were reasonable.

Awesome service, Immaculate facility, very competitive pricing.I rented two 10 by 10 storage lockers recently, and found Nick and his team incredibly responsive and helpful to work with. Unlike the chains, they provide the personal service as only a local can. I appreciated their service when I used them, and now that Ive moved to another city and had experience with two of the chain storage locker places, I can tell you that A+ Storage is head and shoulders above any of them. I would definitely recommend them, and Id use them again without hesitation.

I will be forever grateful to Michelle and Nick for helping me out in a time of need. Suffice to say I needed a safe, secure storage unit right away and was looking up places on the internet. This was the first place I called. And, after Michelle walked me through the process and made it simple I drove right over vs. calling anywhere else. We chose a climate controlled unit. Our 10x10 unit was plenty big enough for about 1 1/2 rooms of items. The property and building were secure and most of all - immaculate. Weve now moved on from Madison, and, I will always be a fan of not only the product provided but more so the people who own the business and care about those who rent from them. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service. After dealing with SunPrarie self storage for an hour with nothing but B.S, I called A+ storage at 8pm at night. The owner drove out of his way 20+ minutes to meet me on the storage site, to make sure i could get a unit. This is the definition of great customer service. I used storage at this location for a little over a year. Communication with the owners was always prompt and professional. They always answered the phone and responded to emails the same day. Storage units were clean and well maintained. There are security gates with codes, locks are provided, and you can pay monthly rent online. Overall, it was an excellent storage rental experience.

Nick (the owner) went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that I had everything I needed to store my entire house worth of possessions after an early cross country move to Madison. He made the entire experience incredibly easy and put my mind at ease during what could have been a much more stressful time for my wife and I. Have rented an air conditioned/heated space for a few months now. Brand new clean building, love it, NO signs of rodents at all, tho i put down dryer sheets anyway as recommended. Great security. As a single woman, I always feel safe there. Easy to set up online on repeat credit card charge and forget. So convenient since its right by Cardinal Heights school, where I have a student. Super nice people in office. Cant say enough.

We rented a storage unit from A Plus Storage and had a great experience. The owner is easy to contact and work with. He was able to accommodate our schedule and helped us choose the right size of unit for our needs, at a fair price. Also our unit was very clean and dry. I would highly recommend using them.

Ive been a customer here for over a year and I rent multiple units. This place is run right and they offer a value. Dealing with Gary, who is the manager has always been tip top and Ive also met the owner who was helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend this facility.

We used the units in DeForest and loved the whole experience! From move in to move out, our stuff stayed safe, dry, and we had plenty of room for all we needed! The best part is how easy Nick (owner) makes it for people to rent from him. No notice needed to end your time there, just grab your lock, empty your unit and call to let him know to stop payments👍 Highly recommend!

A Plus Storage gets a 5 star from me. Nick is very accommodating. He keeps on eye on everything. One time I did not lock my unit all the way and I got a phone call from him informing me of it. The storage facilities are always clean.

Great affordable location. I had to move to another state for work and Nick gave me the 15ft storage unit. It was good experience working with him. No contact no lease no bounding completely flexible and convinient option. I moved all of my stuff and called him and he did let me go easily. My stuff was all secured and safe there even though there was a flood and heavy rain in madison wi but no water or damage inside. Overall great service !!

The Hanley family at A Plus Storage in Sun Prairie has a first class place. It is well lit and always clean. The rates are reasonable for the size of space. Would reccomend for anyone who needs storage space.
