We used Kobussen for our staff outing to the Brewers game. The bus was early to pick us up which helped us get loaded and ready. We made it to and from the game safely! Plenty of room on the bus for all of the staff and our gear. The driver scheduled for our team was great as well.

We used Kobussen Busses for our wedding transportation. They were able to get our guests to and from the wedding safely. It eased our minds knowing our guests had safe transportation!

We used Kobussen Buses for my sons rehearsal dinner and would recommend them as our driver Steve was great and communicated all the details of our trip.

I’ve had issues with Kobussen Bus in the Sun Prairie School district for years. They’ve dropped my children off at locations that they’re not supposed to continuously. I haven’t had my younger children ride the bus for years. One time my 7 year old was dropped off somewhere else on the hottest day of the year during summer school. He said he tried to tell the bus driver that wasn’t his stop but the driver told him he had to get off. When we went to pick him up at his stop, he was no where to be found. I was frantic calling the bus company and school which they assured me he got on the bus but didn’t know where he was. We eventually found him walking down a street alone after driving around looking for him. I pulled him out of summer school after that. Better an uneducated child then a dead one.My latest Kobussen bus problem. Yesterday my other son ran up to the bus as the doors were closing. He said the driver saw him standing there and left anyway. I understand the bus needs to be on time but leaving a child while he’s standing there is just plain negligence.I’ve called and left messages throughout the years usually with no return calls. I’ve even tried emailing the bus company with no return calls nor emails. One time I left multiple messages for Brenda. When I did finally get a hold of her, she blatantly lied and said she never got any of my messages on her VM. When I asked her to have the bus driver stop dropping my son off at the wrong bus stop, she told me that they would never do that and I should check his bus tag and have the school change it to the correct bus stop. She was quite rude about it. I double checked his bus tag when he got home and of course he’s getting dropped off on the wrong stop since his tag says something else. I left another message for her and so far nothing. It’s been 2 months...crickets.These are just some of the issues I have with Kobussen. I have no faith in this bus company and I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up losing or killing a child.

I called a lady called Brenda on the call center and she was quite impolite. I tried to explain to her that if my bus leaves at 6:52 and I was there at 6:51, which is a minute early, I should still be allowed on the bus. She told me that I should be there 5 minutes early.The point is NOT how early I should be, but instead the fact that I WAS early and I still got left behind. She treated me so unfairly that I told my mom, who in respond tried to explain to her that I was, indeed, early. If my bus stop says 6:52 and I’m there at 6:51 there is no reason I should be left behind. Even though I called immediately after I was left behind- she said no bus was in the area to get me- including my assigned bus that should been about one stop away. She said she would check the cameras, which she didn’t, or she wouldn’t have seen me tapping on the bus, running side by side with it for 30 seconds straight.Here’s the kicker: SHE HUNG UP on my mom! We were trying to talk to the woman who’s supposed to represent the voice of your company, and she hangs up on concerned parents. So disappointed in this treatment.

Sun prairie school bus drivers have been seen being very disrespectful towards children. I have witnessed my daughters bus driver get rude with children that looked scared when being yelled at. I have heard of bus drivers refusing to take normal routes making kids get off in different spots than normal. I have heard of kids having to sit in the isle on the floor up front when there are empty seats just cause the bus driver told them too. Bus drivers seem to enjoy the power they have over the children. Often yelling and cursing at them. Very unprofessional company that clearly takes no pride in providing good services that families can feel comfortable with.

Great bus service for wedding shuttles, bachelor and Bachelorette parties Ball games etc ...

Brewers Game 9/14, bus has a coolant hose blow on the way back to EC. We go to their terminal outside of Sun Prairie somewhere for a solution.Dispatch tells driver no other buses can be used and they cant get ahold of a mechanic. Granted its late in the evening at this point but contingency plans should be in place for such an event.Luckily the shop was open and we got things rolling ourselves!

I love my Job at Kobussen I really love workin with the kids.

Buses are top of the line. Bus drivers are nice.

Great busing company. They have both school and coach buses.

New job, I have to say most employees are hospitable and welcoming. Others will need prayer.
