I had a blow out on my enclosed Trailer on interstate 95 south heading to Florida from NYC. It was 1am in the morning. I called J&J dispatcher and i spoke with him and told him what size tire and rim i need. He said i will call back. 2 minutes later he called back and said he had the tire and rim i need. That someone will be there in 35 minutes. I worked in NYC as a tow truck driver. That was the fastest service i ever had or seen. What was the odds that they had the same exact rim and tire that the trailer had. Thank you so much.

Jamie was awesome, he showed up on time like he said he would, he was very friendly and pleasant. He even gave us some helpful advice. I was very pleased with this service. Most definitely would be calling them again.

The driver that came out was extremely careful with my car, took his time making sure he didnt damage anything and that it was secure on the truck. Delivery was great as well, and he went above and beyond to help me push the vehicle into a safe location.I could not be more pleased with the quality of service.

I went to J & J to get a big shed moved to my house from about 40 minutes away. They were very nice. I got an estimate of $500 which is very reasonable for the size and long haul. Mark (I think that is his name) wasnt real nice and said if I want it done its going to be $800. Jammie Powell said Ill do it for you for the $500. He is the nicest guy in the world an he did an AMAZING job. Just ask for Jammie instead or Mark and you will have an amazing experience. Im very happy.

Great service! My car got stuck and it seemed like it would be impossible to get it out without heavy damages. At times it even looked like it may not come out at all. But she kept at it and was able to pull my car out with barely a scratch. They know what theyre doing. Also, there was great customer service communication between us the entire time so I wasnt left in the dark about what was going on to get my car out.

I sold them my Mothers 91 Infiniti. Joy was very pleasant, as well as, the young man who towed it for me. I really appreciated all of their help.

I had a flat tire on Memorial Day while I was on my way to take my son to a medical appointment. I called AAA expecting the worst because it was a holiday. J&J was there in 10 minutes!!! They had me on the road in another 10 minutes and were super nice and professional. The young man in charge even took the time to tell me which tire stores were open that day. We made it to my sons appointment on time. I now have them programmed into my phone. Exceptional service!

Would absolutely not go and do not recommend. Currently in process of legal action against them after they contracted a job to have our fence taken down to get shed through and put back up, we paid over $300 and when the fence was put back up it had panels destroyed and nails completely out. Was not disclosed that this would possibly happen and they fail to take responsibilities for destroying property .Do not do a job if you can’t do it right or make consumer aware of risks that you won’t fix. Over $300 for the fence and has yet to resolve issue. Avoids phone calls and poor customer service. Cursed off my husband when he called again telling him he’s lucky he even did the job.

Had a shift cable replace. Now the airbag sensor is on and the steering wheel looks like it’s been dragged through the mud. They stated someone rob the truck on the property. And they’ll replace the column for free. But my truck steering wheel and I guess a used column looks worst than it did when it went in.

I advised against using this tow truck provider. they tried to take advantage of my younger sister and brother when they found themselves in an accident on 95. The tow truck driver was specifically instructed to take my younger brother and sister to the dealership that we would be working with however he ignored my mothers instructions and took them to his lot. He saw way to take advantage of two young adults.
