We had to have new septic lines put down. They did a great job and fixed our sprinkler lines as they broke them along the process. I had issues with sprinkler lines afterwards but Jeremy came and fixed it for me the next day. Carla was wonderful via phone and text with responding to me and our issues. Also provided the best price in town.

Same day service was totally unexpected but the guys arrived the same morning that I called the main number. She called back promptly with an estimated time and that’s precisely when the guys arrived. They were efficient and very professional. They were as neat as you can be in that business, didn’t leave a big mess in the yard.

I was very pleased with the service this company provided. They showed up on time and did not stop until they identified the problem and fixed all my well and well pump issues. I saw several areas where they could have taken shortcuts to make their job easier and finished quicker, but instead, they took the time to do the job correctly. Initially was impressed with the customer service and response. However, throughout the process of having my drain field replaced I started to loose my confidence. The crew was not transparent about damages caused, that I had to discover myself such as my roof shingles being damaged from the excavator. Also I was not spoken to when the work was completed, it felt rushed and like they wanted to leave and get their money. I felt like they also tried to get away with not completing all the work they had promised due, until I brought it up several times. When I tried to talk to the office manager about my concerns, she was hostile and would not let me explain my issues, not to mention calling me a liar. Not very happy about the service I was given. -- Response to owner -- Ive attached picture proof that the work was not finished until the 19th, and I did pay on the 22nd after getting off the phone with the office manager because I had not received the invoice, so I had it sent to another email. The work was not completed by the 15th like you say. Also It was not about being able to pay, it was about whether the job was finished. About the shingles, I brought up to the crew member and did not get any response. attached is the picture sent to the crew lead and the text about it. I brought up all my concerns, however I was not able to voice them to the crew because they rushed away without talking to me about the job being finished. When I tried to voice my concerns before the payment was sent, I was spoken to rudely and called a liar. The proof is in the pictures, and I can add more if you want to keep saying I am lying.

I would HIGHLY recommend them!! we had an emergency where our septic tank overflowed into the house after regular hours and she gave us a great price. I called them and 4 other people. They were the first and only to call me back. I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me it would be 30 minutes before they could get here they were here in 15 minutes. This will definitely be the company we call every single time we need to they are awesome!! I will not bother ever trying to call anyone else.

Worked with them all summer long, over all excellent service.... That is until there was an issue and the true unprofessional nature of this organization came through. This week only 1/2 my lawn was done. The workers claimed there were 4 dogs attacking them and they left. No one called or attempted to contact me about this issue. It was not until I called that is was told this story. I was also informed that I would be charged a full service for the incomplete job. When I explained that I dont have 4 dogs nor do I care to pay full price for half a job, the person on the phone started yelled and ranting.. Completely unprofessional!! It is sad, the work (when done) is great, but the management is terrible.

Just had new drain lines for my septic tank installed this week. I can honestly tell you it was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Not going to talk about cost, however he was significantly lower than other competitors. He doesn’t make you sign waiver letters that gives them permission to basically tear up your back yard and if they break something like sprinkling system then they are not responsible. I had two breaks in my piping and he was out there the next day and fixed it. Now don’t get me wrong but I did a little prep work like marking sprinkler heads. Very honest and up front with pricing. He doesn’t give you a range of what the cost might be. He gives you a price up front and that’s what it stays. I told Mr. Thames yesterday I’ve already got some more stuff I need to get. And as far as negative posts not quite sure what they are talking. BTY the company’s name is Thames Landscaping and septic tank service.

This company refused to honor their coupon with Sumter Saves. We had a legitimate coupon.....never will use them or recommend them..... Your company only got 1 star because I had to pick something!!

They will take your $ and not cut your yard or do the job!! Several guys on their crews have done this! Will is the main one. Never pay anything until they do the job first!!

Notified Thames to come out and look at our sprinkler system. Crew of four arrived and worked on system. Needed to repair a leak underground. Charged nearly $180 for parts. Here is a breakdown of the invoice copy and pasted;Full irrigation inspection. Found major leak in front yard, pipe was broken in the T, had to cut out broken pipe andreplace, used 2 Ts, 3/4 coupler w/sleeve slide, 3/4 pipe, 1 pipe, 3/4 to 1 bushing, 3/4 to1 slip bushing, glue. Checked every head; replaced 1 rotor head, 2 pop-up heads, 3 tips, adjusted all heads as needed for proper direction and water flow. Got pump working again.>>Priced those parts at Lowes, they barely came to $50Furthermore, nothing was wrong with the pump to begin with, yet they listed it as if they repaired it.They were on the job for a total of 78 minutes. We were charged $533. Over $350 in labor alone. Attorneys dont even charge those rates.Terribly expensive and absolutely will not hint at their labor charge. Dont even bother with these crooks.

To anyone at Shaw stay away from this company. I solicited their services while I was deployed in Iraq to mow my lawn because my wife was 7 months pregnant. When she called them to see when they were going to come out and mow the lawn they yelled at her on the phone and said they would get to it when they had time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
