Took our older robot in to be serviced and it was done within 2 days. Good as new and hopefully last another 5 years. Great service!!!

Charpies has been great over the years helping me keep my pool serviced. Russell always knows what I need to keep my water clear.

Knowledgeable staff, most chemicals in stock in quantity, tools and toys, too. They also do in-store repairs (pumps, filters, etc.) and on-site servicing from adjusting chemicals to troubleshooting electrical/plumbing problems. Ive worked with them for years, and everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great Store. They also have a shop over on Liberty St. in Sumter SC that is a little larger, so sometimes theyll have something over there that they dont have in the Wesmark shop, but if they know you are coming theyll usually transfer stuff between stores to save you the extra bit of driving.

The owner is so helpful, hes honest and doesnt try to push stuff on to me every time I visit. Tests my pool sample and gives me what I need with no pressure like some of the other places in the area. They put my pool in under a previous home owner and they came recommended and havent disappointed. Ive had them do the weekly cleanings, very professional, and every time theyve come to do maintenance its been very fast with quality craftsmanship.
