BEWARE. If you are disabled and permanently homebound. You most likely will setup a home delivery in your area. What Medi Home Care FAILED to mention, AT ALL, was that theres apparentally a phone call you will receive from the courier delivering it you BEFORE they drive to your home.So waiting, in pain, in front of my wide open front door, so the courier would see someone is home and not drive by, didnt matter because they NEVER came to my home/area AT ALL.Now because I really need my cane, I have to get someone to drive AN HOUR to go pick it up.One would think that that would be a VERY IMPORTANT bit of information that, they would give you, when, you know, SCHEDULE a delivery with them.UPDATE:Their address is also WRONG on the website. Apparentally have a new location, which was also not mentioned when the person I had to ask to go pick up my medical equipment called Medi Home Care and told them they were coming. Finally the equipment was wrong. Model number does not match the paperwork.I DO NOT see how this place is even staying in business.
Not a reputable company. They say that they call, but dont. You tell them not to send supplied and they do anyway. You tell them you want your billing sent hard copy and the only mail you get is a past due notice because they never sent a bill before the past due notice.
They cant even order the right equipment. They dont call ya back once you inform them about their error.
Great customer service and friendly staff!!!
