O Neil explained ALL options and there was no pressure to pressure to buy any plan.... Was in and out in about 10 min... Will recommend to anyone that asks!!!!

Went to get information about their services because I have never used them before. The gentleman that answered my questions was very informative and helpful. But the trouble started with how I should exit the building. They have put rocks and cones along the driveway where if you dont get a service and go through the garage your in for a treat. The person they referred to as boss started yelling and freaking out when I was about to pull through the garage. so I turned around went toward the driveway and got out to remove a cone so I could get in the right turning lane at the light in Sumter and then was approached by an employee who moved the cone right back and said I couldnt exit that way and made me get into the oncoming traffic lane at the light. Very unprofessional and feeble-minded management I would say is an understatement at this place. Do your business somewhere else that actually cares for their customers!

Honestly I had a great experience yesterday with the Take5 crew everyone made me feel welcome. Only reason I dont have it listed as a five star place my service writer smelled like a bag of onions theres a difference between a man whos worked all day vs one who simply skips a shower all together hopefully in 3000 miles I can change my rating so service writer J hopefully someone will see this and talk to you

The BEST customer service! I was driving to the town just to get an oil change (I was on a road trip) and Im glad I did. I wasnt even able to get my oil changed due to a bolt/screw being on too tight. The guys there were very helpful with what I needed to do next.

These guys are always fast and get the job done in less than 10 minutes. Where I come from, it takes hours of waiting to get an oil change, so I love coming here. My only complaint is when they write down my mileage, they write it down wrong by 2k miles. I thought the first time maybe it was just a mistake, but then yesterday I saw the guy repeat what I told him which was 187502. He wrote down 185502 and even read it back to me as 187502 when it wasn’t. This happens every time. If they could get that part right, you’d have 5 stars, but imagine the people getting oil changes based on the inaccurate sticker 2k miles earlier.

This was a fast and awesome experience! The Manager was there working right along with her employees and hyping her crew up the entire time! That alone makes a huge difference in the overall mood and changes the entire business atmosphere. They were great! Cost was about $56. And you can Google for a $10 off coupon! Unprofessional, dont have a clue of what they are doing and didnt put my air filter back. Im wondering why my car cut off in the middle of the street, air filter was not attached. Need a whole new crew including management.

A very pleasant visit. I took 2 vehicles this morning. Wilson helped on the first, Oneil on the second. Both were excellent, courteous, very efficient. Neither tried to sell what I did not need, and directed to what I did need. I was a new customer there, but not new to rapid oil changes or dealer services. This was way above the local competition?

I went to Take 5 for an oil change yesterday 3/18/21 - the young lady who assisted me (I think her name was Karen and Im so sorry if I get that wrong) was so helpful and knowledgeable. When I was about to leave my car would not crank -- an issue I had earlier in the day. She explained that it did not appear to be the battery and went over some other things it could be. She pulled her personal vehicle around the building to give me a jump. I was the last customer of the evening and she really took her time and was so nice. Thank you!!

VERY, VERY, VERY unprofessional!No customer service care at all. Been here twice hoping for a better performance the 2nd visit but it will be the last! They dont check anything!! No tires,no light reset, no filters!talking, laughing, on the phone,very slow.the management is lazy.

I love going there. Its easy, convenient and everyone who works there is friendly and gets things done in properly and quickly.

I went to Take 5 for a quick oil change because they did my mans car and it was great service then, BUT they didn’t have my oil. I went to the store and grabbed a gallon and was told I needed another quart or at first it was they’ll use a quart of their own ( I was told different things by different employees when I asked them if mixing different brands of oil could affect my car) in the end they decided they couldn’t service me “for the risk of something happening to my car...” (same question asked..?) If I didn’t go back to the store for a 2nd time for a quart so it could be filled “to the appropriate level”. I would suggest keeping better track of inventory and letting people know beforehand how much oil they need to get from the store, if not take 5 turns into take 35.

I was in a hurry and I found this place on Google search. When I arrived, I had to wait because there were other customers before me. However, I was in-and-out of there under 40min. I like the fact that I could stay in my car while my oil was being changed. Staff there was very friendly. Jacquez was very helpful and courteous. I would go back and recommend this place to others.

I’d say they are hard working associates out there at the Sumter location, a few that didn’t care to be there but most of them were eager to work and conduct themselves professionally.It’s Sumter, what else can ya expect?

I went to get an oil change here no oil light or engine light was on, the lines were pretty long and there were only 3 ppl working so when it got to my turn THE MANAGER performed my oil change in a matter of maybe 10 mins, after pulling off my oil light and engine light came on and 5 to 10 mins up the street I was on the side of the road! I popped the hood and check the oil .... ABSOLUTELY NO OIL, looked underneath the car and it had all leaked out bc the MANAGER who performed the oils change left off a gauge cap or whatever it’s called causing the oil to leak out which could’ve possibly messed up my engine !

I received service on March 19th in Sumter, SC under gate 1 from a awesome group of people. They were very professional, they communicated issues with my vehicle. They even had side conversations with me to help the the time go by and it didnt affect the work. Great team work!! I will come back! Friendly Environment!

Showed up right before they even open so I can be the first one in line witch I was, so after the gentleman got the business doors open he guided me in asked me a few simple questions & bamb my car was done in about 15mins very quick, folks make sure you get that coupon on there website for $10 off with that coupon for the standard regular oil change it cost us $55.21 alot better than me doing it at home thats for sure, so we will definitely go back!

It would’ve been great to know how much they were gona charge before they did the work. Was not expecting it to be quite that much. But so far so good.

There isn’t a time I come to get my oil change and I don’t feel like family. The professionalism is overly exceptional. Timing is so quick before you know it they’re finished. Topped off with checking air pressure in my tires and and a complimentary windshield washing, along with making sure all other fluids are full.Everyone on the team is just a pleasure to have servicing you. Does only oil change does not check signals,brake lights, or anything like take 5 in Columbia they check everything does not check to see if oil change light is off adds oil on without permission I would love to at least be asked I dont think Ill be going back to any of the take 5 s in Sumter Columbia next time please ask me if I would like to purchase oil

It was quick, I loved being able to stay in my car, and I was impressed that they will top off your fluids and check your tires at no cost before your next oil change is due. We were visiting from West Virginia and decided to get an oil change . The service was great, everyone was was so nice and respectful. Theres nothing like Southern Hospitality .

Unfortunately I couldnt get service because the oil tanks stopped functioning & they couldnt get anybody over to fix the problem.

Said could not do oil change. Said there was oil on plate. Hum. Maybe cause I need oil change.Im not losing oil off stick. Not running hot. Oil well. Lol

These guys and gals are GREAT. They hold up the TAKE 5 plan of working together to get th he job done. They are always eager to work and save a bit of time for a warm greeting and pleasant goodbye for now.

Worse place ever If I wanted to be mistreated and poor service I should of went to Walmart instead. There were 5 guys working and took over 15 minutes to recognize me when it was me and one other truck. The one heavier tech with twist Tydreek shouldnt be working on anyones car or job. I never saw anyone so unprofessional before in my life. I understand we all have fun at work but its a time and a place but not when youre under someone hood face timing doing everything on your phone but changing my oil and not knowing your tools. This dude dropped my bolts and couldnt find it. Took another guy to stop what he was doing to help. Take 5 might want to hire certified people instead of randoms needing a job.

I came up there Monday night a little after 7 to see what time they closed and to check the service prices. It was workers in the shop working on a car and 2 workers in the back putting oil in their car that I talked to. 1 worker said she was the store manager and she was drunk but it was ok because she was off work. Very loud using profanity just unprofessional. The other guy could barely talk or walk. What kind of people do you hire here? I laughed but I was not coming back for an oil change the next day thats for sure!
