These guys are amazing! I own my own small business and they do all of our clothing. I wear out the shirts before their work wears off. Give them your business you won’t be disappointed.

You cannot beat the costs and service here. Do not waste your time looking for a bargain embroidery or printing business on the Web; it is here in SUMTER and it is World-Class!

We will never use them ever again this was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. We had 18 shirts made up for our Race Team. Pretty simple order our logo on the left side, our names on the right side, website on the right sleeve lastly our job title on the left side. We were impressed at first by the quality of work in the display room and the nice selection and quality of the shirts. So we selected our color and type of shirt and agreed on the price of $980 and paid up front they agreed on a completion date 9 days from our first meeting of May 2nd 2018 as we had a large charity event we were attending on May 12th and we wanted to look our best. Then everything went down hill First getting the order started and the logo ready for print took over 8 days. Then they called the next day and said they indeed didnt have the shirts we ordered in stock on day 9. So here we are day 14. May 15th 2018 charity event is over and we still dont have our shirts. So now its day 17 after we made the order and so we are done playing phone tag and we go into the shop and ask whats going on. They give us a sob story and tell us they will have them done by the end of the day. Turns out they got them done however half the order isnt done and 5 of the shirts are done incorrectly and the stitching is completely messed up. So we take them back down to the shop to show them and they shrug there shoulders and said they will fix them. NOW ITS JUNE 11th 2018 thats 41 DAYS AFTER We made our order and We are still waiting for the rest of our order. So we drove back down to the store in Sumter walked in the store again to see if the rest of our order is done and to no surprise another ohhh we just got them in and will be starting on them tomarrow apparently they had to order all new shirts to fulfill our order. This has been nothing short of a train wreck I recommend not ever using them for your embroidery needs. We have wasted more time and money then we should have. We have beeTempted to take the garbage product they made back and ask for a refund. We have learned two important lessons here. 1 never pay the full amount up front to these people. 2 never use them again. The sad part about all of this is we were hoping to place a bulk order for 200 hats, 500 coozies and 1,200 shirts for our apparel sales but that opportunity will never come forward given how they couldnt handle a simple order plus the way they handle there customer service is terrible. I hope you all read this and avoid this place at all costs if I could give them a zero star i would I hope no one else has to go through what we did. DO NOT USE THEM!
