Helping Hands Counseling Center is an excellent Community Health Service located east of Liberty Avenue in Sumter, SC. It is exactly next to the Medical Court Pharmacy and very close to the Sumter Civic Center and the Swan Lake and Gardens. The sign is quite small so you have to get very close to identify it, it cannot be seen with the naked eye from the avenue
