They are a pretty decent and friendly lawn mower shop. They get the parts you need and they have fairly good prices.

Dropped off blower/vac on 9 April for repair because it would not start. Called a couple of times and was given excuses such as the repair person was sick and they had not gotten to it. Drove by a couple of times and the shop was not open. Owner said on the phone that he would call when it was ready. When he did not call, I stopped by in person on 30 April to check on progress. After several minutes of looking for paperwork, female employee said it was in the back and there were no notes from the repair person. I said I would like it returned tomorrow if it was not fixed. Owner told the female to give it back to me today. I explained Watson’s fixed two 2 stroke engine tools since my blower/vac has been here. In a unprofessional manner, owner yelled that maybe they do not have as much work. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and arrogant.

Fast and quick

How can you consider yourself a godly man and a godly family run business when you shamed the person that helped you get in business. Then you’re calling his customers and trying to get them to come do business with you since 2018. I know this because you have called “in attempt” to steal business, to a family member of mine. You are very disrespectful and pretty shameful that you would do this to someone who helped you get started.Not only funded your start up but also trusted in you as a “human being”/ “southern man”. Assuming that you had respect for others who helped you get where you are today I believe. That you won’t be in business long. Because here in South Carolina we are respectful and appreciative to not only our elders but others in general. If you do business in a dirty way. You have to realize this is a small town, you are a newbie in this business and in the business world. So your word isn’t much of anything compared to the other Lawn mower businesses here that have been here, as long as you’ve been alive. Respect goes along way. As a small town business you were supposed to help each other out at times and grow together. Because the sad truth is “ small town” businesses. Are disappearing. Big companies like Walmart or making y’all are nonexistent. I’ve kept my mouth shut about this for a long time but as I see you faking the “honest small town business man” front. It irks me to know honestly & truthfully how dirty of a business man you are.

Good people, Always does great work

Should be called Krooks. They charged me $194. To clean a carburetor on a 200 dallor generator as the last hurricane was approaching. I had to pay to get the generator back and we could not take the chance that we would need it and they knew this. The generator would crank and run for a minute before shutting off they said carb cleaning would be 30 bucks, liar. It sat with out gas in my storage shed for 2 years I got it out bought fresh gas from Walmart when I filled up my truck. But they said there was a 1/4 tank was water, did I say they are lairs. Use them at your own risk they are krooks........
