This review could have easily been 5 stars. For starters, I ended up with a washing machine that did not use my washing liquid so I wasted money in that machine. I also had about 5 machine that did not work for me.. so imagine putting money in then realizing they arent heading properly then to keep doing that everytime you encounter a faulty machine.If that wasnt it.. The gentleman that works there came in, I confirmed that he worked there and then told him about the faulty dryers and washing machine, even pointed them out. The only thing he did was put money on the machines to check and see if they got hot. Honestly, I dont even remember him coming back to touch them but once. After that, I never saw him again.He didnt offer a refund or anything. The least he could have done was taken my name and contact information for which he didnt. That is the reason for the 1 star. I would still like a refund. This also isnt the first time that this has happened here. The only thing different was that my name and number was taken, although no one ever contacted me.Included are pictures of the dryers that didnt work properly. I have a video of the washing machine when it was on the rinse cycle.. showing that the liquid was still in there and had not been used .. unfortunately videos cant be used.

A little beat up from use, but as clean as Id expect. Plenty of working machines on a Saturday (three weeks in a row).

Fantastic spot to clean laundry. Lots of front loading washers and dryers. The place is super clean and friendly.

There are five polar bear laundromats in Sumter I know a few people who work there and they clean their keep the place up tight and all it does have a lot of machines that break down some people get so mad they break it even more but you know they have cameras are for safety reasons OverWatch game four stars out of five there are some areas of the places are not kept up to it like a North Lafayette but seems like everybodys happy theyre so its not too bad I gave it four stars

Not the best laundromat Ive been to but definitely not the worst. Its pretty clean and the washers seem to work well. My clothes havent finished washing yet to do a review of the dryers. Only issue I had was all the kids running around like animals. Everytime I looked around there was a kid running by me but that isnt the laundromat fault.

Saw cockroaches crawling around the nasty bathroom. The lady working was really nice and did a good job. Prices were average and machines did a good job. Id go back, just wont spend much time in bathroom and i wont fold my clothes here... Out the dryer, into my car.. Not trying to take bugs home.

Great place to take the time to put your laundry away or fold while waiting on the rest to finish up!

Only needed to use the dryer but they are extremely good working dryers was able to dry clothes in 24 min for $1

There is also a water fountain. Multiple chairs and two restaurant style tables. Bathrooms were clean.On a off note, I kinda made a huge mess with my drink (whoops) and I was cleaning it when the employee came out, I didnt know anyone was here but he was friendly and helpful and put a fan out to help dry the floor.

Not the worst laundromat I ever been to but very far from the best.

There is almost always someone cleaning. It is usually easy to get in and out quickly and easily.

Clean Christian friendly workers. Machines are in working order and clean. Truly impressed.

This place is alright. Not as good as it use to be, but they will accommodate you if theres a problem.

Dropped clothes off @ 9:30, came back at 10 & the doors were locked. the hours sign says they don’t close until 11. change your hours on the door tf.
