Based on the reviews I see why the services isn’t good. Lack of customer service and professionalism. Understaffed with children running through the halls. Maybe that’s just how this office treats their minority customers. Learn to schedule accordingly so parents can speak with staff. Learn to explain what programs you office offers. Learn to not be defensive and aggressive when speaking to customers,Sincerely a business graduate

CORE has been the best thing for my son with severe food allergies.. the teachers and staff have been wonderful with him!! We absolutely Love CORE!!!!

I met with a lady named April and we talked about my son and the things that might work for him at CORE. She told me that she would get back with me to let me know my options and she never got back to me. It has been 2 weeks. I have called and left messages but no return phone calls. I felt like it was a waste of my time going there for her not to reach back out to me. I am really confused on what happened and a bit annoyed that she would ignore me. The program is not free. I was willing and able to pay but I guess she did not want the business. Very unprofessional.
