I took my laptop in because it wasn’t working. I ended up needing a new hard drive. Within 2 hours from when I dropped it off, the owner called to give me the diagnosis, payment options, options to recover old documents and let me ask a ton of questions. He was so patient with a big decision. They were super friendly and fast getting my computer back to me. Prices were reasonable and I would definitely visit them again!

I came to them with a computer issue that no one else was willing or able to fix, and they fixed it in a few hours! I had told them if possible I really needed it that day since it was a work computer, and he got right on it. When I picked it up he walked me through what the problem was and how he fixed it and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have and will recommend this business to anyone looking for computer help!

The people are extremely nice but not truthful about the cell phones. I bought an iphone from the that was an “rx” welp it turned out to be a different type of Iphone that was gutted and it wouldn’t work with my SIM card even tho it was “unlocked”.(also important to know they are not better business bureau accredited like the competitors) And no I was not disclosed this information. I brought it back back the screen was falling off and they “fixed” the issue but it fell off yet again. They aren’t truthful about the products they sell. I would suggest them for someone for other services but do not buy phones/electronic devices from these people. Honesty is so important.

Great place to fix and find electronics.

They fixed my XS max, my Face ID and volume buttons stopped working. They didn’t even try to help me. Then I had to go to another shop, in Wesmark plaza by Chuck E. Cheese. Their prices are very low and they fixed my Face ID for free. I definitely recommend them instead.

I was in the area but I heard its a good place to go.

I had a 1 terabyte ps4 i took it to them to have it repaired they repaired it but they tried to lie to me and tell me that i didnt have a terabyte i guess they wanted it for themselves. They replaced my ps4 with a 500 gb storage system and gave me a fake laptop hard drive that said 500 gb. I really didnt care because the ps5 is about to come out. If you ever decide to go with them just be careful there lowkey thieves tryna rip people off.

This is the BEST place to take your phone or computer to get repaired. Computer Depot sells the best used and newest phones. Their prices are reasonable. They also have awesome cases for your phone. I dont trust anyone else around with my phone or computer. The employees are great and some of the nicest people you will meet.

As far as selling phones go, theyre expensive not sure how they do there pricing but its crazy you can find the same phone in better conditions on eBay much cheaper than what they sell it for. Also dont sell them your phone cause you wont get anything back for it youre better off selling it in eBay, or FB. Other than that the staff is great

They didnt test what they claimed was the issue. Issue continued after it was fixed. Charged 200$ to reinstall Windows, not even a legit copy.

Prices are waaaaay to high not to be brand new in the box. You but there you might as well add a 100-200 and go buy it from the store. I purchased a Samsung from there and noticed when I layed down that night that the screen was burning out. I took it back because I had a 14 day warranty or whatever they was claiming at the time and he said its nothing he can do because the cost is to high to repair so basically I had to take the lost buying from him.

Worst place Ive ever been! Had screen replaced on my iPhone 6 Plus and touch screen would stop working. Went up there 6 times and nothing was fixed. My touch screen quit out completely. Paid way too much for my phone and for the service. I have a $350 paperweight now.

The prices for used computers here are unreasonable. You can get new PCs for the amounts they are asking. If you are looking for a used PC, I recommend ebay. For example, $200 for an optiplex here, or $71 from a company online.

Then the screen fell off again. charged me $75 to fix the screen and told me if I dont pay he will sell my MacBook again. They products is price up and they dont stand behide nothing. Only advice I have if you buy a laptop/computer from them, make sure you have all the programs you need installed and that all components of the computer/laptop are working prior to taking it with you. Recently paid much more than I wanted to for a used laptop there but only local shop I could find Windows 7 on it. While they come with a 30-day guarantee, having to go back and forth to their shop and what not really is inconvenient and time consuming. The laptop I bought I specifically told them what I needed on it. Received it and incorrect version of IE was installed by them. It has 3 USB ports, webcam, HDMI, Ethernet connection, etc. Well since purchase I have realized the webcam does not work at all, only 2 of the 3 USB ports work, and the Ethernet slot does not work. Again, while they offered for me to bring it in for them to look at this would be the second time having to take it back and it is just not convenient. For the prices charged, everything should be in working order at the time of sale. Wont be returning to purchase anything else.
