Top Hat was so easy to work with, friendly, and professional! I had to change my inital appointment date, and they were very understanding and helped me find a time that would work better. Jay took the time to examine the outside of my house too, for chimney integrity and any surrounding landscaping that might cause concerns. He was really great at explaining important things about the chimney in a way that I could easily understand. Top Hat also left my house very clean. I will definitely use the Top Hat team again!!
