The technician who drew my blood was professional and had excellent technique. She should teach phlebotomy!

Please call the facility and confirm donation times. Do not make any assumptions concerning donation times. Last collection is at 3:30 pm as of July 2018. There is a lunch break. I do not recall the specifics, call them! Excellent customer service!!!

The lady running the facility is super sweet and friendly! I came in and was the only one there, she conversed with me, and got me back in no time and before I knew it, I was finished. I would recommend this facility to anyone. However the location of the facility is rather odd and confusing when trying to find it by using a GPS...

Rude and unprofessional, used the word retarded in a derogatory manner several times, loudly to me in front of other patients. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I waited patiently over an hour with my toddler and the receptionist/tech was very rude to me. She told me that I couldnt bring my child to the back with me and told me to have some stranger in the waiting lobby to watch my child. She got an attitude and told me to come back another day! I wished she had said something when I walked in.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service. The Secretary was rude to the people in the waiting area. She would call them to the window and speak harshly putting them on public display, calling out there personal information violating the Hippa Act. You were made to feel as through you should not ask questions.At one point she slammed the signin sheet down and one if the patients walked out. This is unacceptable.
