Absolutely the best auto mechanic shop Ive ever experienced. I believe customer service is at this shops forefront. They assisted me with all my issues and the process was so smooth. This is by far the best place in sumter to get your tire issues solved.

This business is hard to beat when it comes to saving money on buying automobile tires and tire repairs. I have purchased tires from Discount Tire for more than 15 years. During this 15 year span, they always plugged holes in my tires for free and save me money on buying new tires. Great customer service too!!

Had to use my warranty program today, got up with a flat tire. They got right on it, operated very professional and gave me an invoice receipt showing zero charge. Great tire store to deal with.

First time buying a set of tires from them the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the tires that I wanted, I will do business with them again in the future.

Arranged for 4 new tires for our Hyundia Santa Fe and the experience was a wonderful change. Too many times, you attempt to get one thing done and have other developments that increase the cost of the original price. This was not the case. I was meant in the parking lot straight away and had a quick chat, handed the keys and left. 2 hours later, all done and no surprises. The staff was excellent and I will use them again!! Merry Christmas!!

By far the best tire buying experience I have ever had.Ben was my actual sales person but everyone here that I have spoke to has been very nice and helpful.Its been a couple months deciding on a new set of tires for my truck rebuild. Every time Ive came in Ben has been the guy that I worked with the most. He remembers me every time and I felt as if I wasnt just another customer like Ive had at other tire shops. On wednesday the 23rd I walked in expecting to get a price on a set of nittos. Ben was happy to help as always.He quickly worked up his quote and I was ready to go when he mentioned the special financing on the store card. I was hesitant but ending up getting approved and went ahead and pulled the trigger on the Brand spanking new Nitto Nt420V. The next day got a call that my tires were in!! I brought in my new set of wheels and was able to get my new tires mounted and they even sprayed the wheel weights black to match my wheels per my request. (NOTE TO OWNER: Black wheel weights will be awesome option for us custom guys.) Then the guys in the shop was willing to install two wheels on my truck to check fitment since I went with a staggered set with 275 in the front and 305 in the rear. I will definitely do business here again and keep up the good work guys!!

Absolutely amazing! We were just 2 broke college students trying to replace a flat tire and they took care of us and made sure both front tires were safe to drive on. This is our second time coming here and both times have wonderful. Definitely just won 2 customers for life.

First off they do free plugs in tires which I didnt know and is huge for me. The customer service and friendliness of all employees was exemplary. The only complaint I have about the place is they seemed to be under staffed because of a longer than expected wait. Will be coming back when I need new tires.

Quick, easy, quality. Not much more needed to say.

Had rims with corrosion and couldnt replace them immediately. It caused problems with tires and they went above and beyond to help every time I came in until I was able to replace the rims. Since then my Max has been totalled, but I look forward to working with them for any tire needs my new car has in the future.

Discount Tire makes the process of ordering tires and getting them installed super easy. The crew working at this location did a great job. They were also helpful in repairing a hole I got in one of my new tires a few months after buying them.

Service was quick, the people were courteous, and the prices were reasonable.

Ive been a customer of discount tire for a few years now and have used them many of times for flat repairs and rotations which they charge nothing for. I was however blown away by the hospitality of Dawson, who helped me on saturday. I was struggling with affording some tires and he helped me out. Highly Suggest him for anyone who visits this store!

I went there to buy 2 new tires and have them put on the front wheels.The salesman insisted that they put them on the back. When I explained that was not what I wanted, he tried to convince me that the back was a better placement for them. I wanted the new tires on the front, the front tires moved to the back, and the back tires discarded.After looking at the tires on my car, he got argumentative and said they could not do what I wanted. He tried to tell me that they cant move my front tires to the back and further stated that all they could do was put the new tires either on the front or the back, but not move my current front tires to the back.I left without buying any tires. Tomorrow morning, I will get what I want at another tire store in town.My impression was that he was trying to pressure me into buying a full set of tires.

Most trash tire place in town over priced they say they will match price but why? I would just get my work done at the place thats cheaper very rude I went and bought a tire at Walmart for 130 and just wanted to get the tire put on the rim and they told it would be $47 and change do not go here. Went to Goodyear store cost me $20 balance and rotation. Guy working upfront very rude went there at noon on June 1 2019 guy was zero help tried to charge me some crazy price for one tire.

Dont go here if they break ur tire sensor they will make you eat the cost and they will try and hard sell u on buying the warranty on the tires thats optional they told me 774 out the door and I ended up paying 774 and 129 for tire sensors that they broke because they dont k ow how to change tire I will never go back if I could give them 0 stars I would worthless company I will be calling the main office to fight for my 129
