I reserved a truck through the website and after two days of the reservation the next day is the pick up day They called me to tell me that they don’t have the truck for me their excuse is that I reserved it through the website. And I have a reservation number for that truck

Rude customer service I called and I talked to a female I didn’t catch her name she was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been doing business with enterprise for so long and specially this locationI was trying to make a reservation for a box truck and she was telling me they won’t get any till next yearSo I called a different location and they told me to contact this location so I told them I did and they were so rude and they told me they won’t have anything until next year and I explained to them how rude they were then the guy told me he’s going to contact them for me then he got back to me and told me I know what your saying and said she was even rude to him and they work in the same company just different location I don’t recommend this location

Did not rent a truck from enterprise

Tried renting a 26 truck.. was unable... no trucks. They put me on a waiting list but then gave me a price of $199 per day, even though their website showed $39 per day...... I told them cancel my reservation.... Because of the big demand they will charge You higher prices. That was their answer when I questioned pricing..... Find somebody else.... or You get ripped off.

This is a no frills reantal office. Just barely furnished to get the job done. You really dont need more. Its a truck rental company.
