If I could give less than one star I would. My 20-year old went to this store and, from the get go, was treated rudely by “Team Leader” Matthew. After a few questions from my daughter, he finally told her that she needed to have her name on the account as an authorized user for an upgrade.I called AT&T —who were lovely—got my daughter on the account as an authorized user and provided her with the PIN number. Customer Service said we were all set.Today, when she returned, Matthew was rude again and told her that he could only assist her if she had a NJ drivers license. She has a CA one. She was very upset—most especially with his rudeness.I called AT&T customer serviceand was told that is not the case. As long as her name was on the account as an authorized user, knew the account PIN number, and had an ID—there should be no issue.Perhaps Matthew was having a bad two days and so that is why he was rude. But there is no excuse for providing a customer with incorrect information.I don’t recommend this location.

Matthew was so nice to me I called yesterday to ask about the phone. And he was so nice to me on the phone. And when I went to the store and meet him in person he was so helpful and kind and sweet. I would come back just to his store he really kind and patient.

Stay away from this store as all they want to do is sell you something. You can buy an iPhone there, but if you ever need any help with the phone go to Apple as the employees in this store change frequently and are only interested in selling you something new. The Apple employees are great if you need help.

My husband bought a watch and was assured he could return or cancel it. He cancelled it the next day and over a month later, I still have charges on my bill that I have spent hours trying to get removed. Dont trust anything the associates at this store tell you.

Switched our phone plan from Verizon and had an excellent experience thanks to Mikail’s friendly service. He made everything such a breeze, only sold us what we needed and got us a great deal! He even checked in on how we were doing with the new phones a month later. Would highly recommend going to see him at this store!

This was the best experience ever buying a new phone because Ezekiel bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed to replace my old phone and that I had my contacts pictures and he kept the store open after hours for my one purchase God sent me to the right kind person So helpful and he had to go home all the way to Manhattan to get home after curfew Risked his life to save mine My hero!

Isiah was amazing! He was patient and although the store closed early we never ever knew. He worked until the job was done. We have a very complicated job and he persevered until the job was completed !I would highly recommend this gentleman and thus store!

After visiting the nearby Verizon store that closed before their posted hours I made my way to this AT&T shop. Walk in and ask the employee if they have chargers. He points to the wall and says go for it man, set it on the one on the left. I was looking to buy a charger but he was ready to have me hang out and bum a charge. Super chill and helpful employee.

The location is convenient and there is plenary of parking on the street or municipal lots. The store is welcoming and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

If I had an option to rate -5, I shall.This place has a female employee who is a LIAR !!! Or simply DUMB. She does not know AT&T plans or simply dont care to disclose authentic information. 10 days ago I had added new line to my existing plan. I had asked her 10 times if it would cost nothing more than $15 per month. She repeatedly said YES!! Now I am looking at bill and I have Activation Fees and the cost is not $15 but $25!!! I learned this by spending 45 min with customer service on phone. Absolute cheating and lie. She does not have any technical knowledge. AVOID THAT WOMAN.Talk with store manager else DO NOT GO THERE.Avoid that woman at all cost!!!! She is 100% liar. I could get my problem fixed in Charlotte, NC ATT store within 20 minutes. I had to go through extreme headache because of this woman. This woman is DUMB and LIAR!!!!

Set up a GoPhone incorrectly, so we will be charged more than advertised. When I called to complain they told me to call customer service. Customer service was torturously unhelpful.Also back when we set this up in the store, an employee whispered to another employee that the Hispanic man that had just walked in was stealing, when he was not.

The worst AT&T customer service ever, I have been a AT&T customer for 10 years never experienced so bad service, the service rep handed a back office phone and walked in without any notice and the sales rep would not talk as they can only speak to the inside team, all in all complete unprofessional and this was the third trip to the store as they could not fix the account issue the first two times.
