I went to Ethos Spa for hair removal and the service is amazing! Dr. Soni is super professional and takes time to answer questions. The Spa is super clean and the staff is very friendly!The laser hair removal service is worth every penny! I don’t have to shave at all, which saves time, leaves my skin feeling so much softer, and smoother. I have sensitive skin and the laser process caused very minimal and temporary redness/sensitivity, which is far better than the continuous dryness and razor I was experiencing when I had to shave. I highly recommend Ethos Spa and already recommended my friend who is receiving laser hair removal as well and very happy with the service!

Dr. Soni produced nice results for me but the staff are rude enough to completely deter me from returning as a patient. I called to request a copy of my records so I could have on file the type and amount of units I received for Botox and was told they don’t even release records if the patient themselves call! It felt like a total violation of my personal health and a completely inappropriate response concerning my right to know the services I received.There needs to be a higher level of attention given to customer service or this place will lose clients.

I’ve been to see Dr. Soni three times now and each time he’s been kind, down to earth and welcoming. He doesn’t go nuts with your treatment and likes to stay conservative with injectables and I appreciate that. No one wants to look unnatural! The girls at the desk are also always really sweet. I will definitely keep coming back!

Been coming to Dr Monica for Botox for 2 years now. Consistently great results. Also used them for VI peels. Definitely sticking with ethos spa for my skincare needs.

Beware of their online booking. The process is to pick your date and time. They require a deposit to make the appointment. After paying, they can tell you your appointment is not available but will not refund your money. It says Secure Payment ($25 will be used to hold your appointment and applied to your treatment or consultation. The fee is not refundable.). The problem is that the appointments listed are not available and then no refund. Very poor practice and must be desperate for money and do not value customers at all. I understand if you make the appointment and do not show up it should be non-refundable but to take your money for a slot and then it is not available is a deceptive practice.

I had a great experience with my first laser treatment at Ethos. However, Im very disappointed in the experience I just had with their front desk staff regarding my appointment today. I called about a half an hour before my appointment when severe thunderstorms started rolling through my area causing flash floods and dangerous driving conditions. I asked if it would be possible to reschedule my appointment. The woman I spoke to on the phone said they would need to charge me $25 for the late cancellation and I would need to wait another month for an appointment. Although I understand needing to wait for the appointment, as that is not in their control, I found the lack of understanding regarding my late cancellation to be insensitive. This was not a case of forgetting about my appointment and not showing up, nor could I have predicted the dangerous driving conditions in my area. Although I like their services, this makes me wary to re-up on packages going forward.

I LOVE Dr. Hardik Soni at Erhos Spa. He is wonderful, gentle, caring and really good at what he does. I totally trust him and he makes me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend him for any treatment you want to get done. I also love coming to Ethos because everyone is so nice!

The staff are rude and inattentive—always on their cell phones and dismissive of my concerns about long-term effects.I was really disappointed by the rudeness of the staff member who conducted my Botox procedure. They were quite rude and rushed, and acted like they were doing you a favour the whole time. For what we are paying, I’d expect professionalism and care, not rudeness and attitude. I will not be back. Bad Botox I came here for my under eyes, on the side of my nose, and jawline Botox . it’s looks nothing changed and the jawline he injected down in my neck. I told him he said I have two choices pay more to fixed or draw Botox out. I paid $3,000.00 thousand for the job done. I don’t want to pay more and I walk out so mad, pay for bad things on my face. You think before to get Botox here.

I’ve had multiple issues... I came in for a consultation and was told the wrong price for a full face. I got quoted $650..: I thought it was too good to be true, I called back and then got the correct quote and they apologize for the miscommunication.... so I was skeptical about this place....A few months go by and I called on Black Friday to purchase series of laser treatments- was put on hold 5 different times and never returned my calls. They couldn’t be bothered to help. I was told someone would call me back & hours went by. I finally called again and someone helped.Dr Soni rushed my first appointment and missed a lot of spots. For a full face my appointment lasted all of 8 minutes. Hmmm.. doesn’t seem normal.My second appointment I made with Christine who is AMAZING!!!!! Can’t say enough good things about her.However, the front desk failed to tell me that appointment were running behind. There was no courtesy called. As I’m waiting I get a text saying “it’s been 2 days since your appointment, please let us know how things are going” as I’m waiting in my car to be called in..Things are all over the place with this spa.

I have been getting fillers on my lips, cheeks and Botox for years, and I never experienced such a friendly, knowledgeable and gentle injector. The technique is amazing, no pain at ALL! Transgender here..so far, so good with laser hair removal. ive had 4 laser treatments so far and id say im 50% done with my face..i still have 6 more sessions to go so it looks like they will be able to get through my entire face in the 10 sessions i signed up for. also, so far it also seems like it has eliminated 90% of the hair where they have gone over which was really nice to see..the 10% remaining is really spread out/not dense at all its really exciting to think about having the rest of my face finished!sessions usually last 10-15 minutes. from my experience if you say you want to keep going they will, but i really dont understand how anyone could bear more than 15 minutes of laser treatments on their face in one sitting (for me, its like torture; but i also have a low pain tolerance).anyway, im just trying to capture as many years as possible living/feeling like the woman i have always felt like and im super thankful that ethos spa had the right laser for my skin so i can do just that. ill update everyone reading this once all 10 sessions are over!
