They have a drop box in the front. So I just drop off most of the times unless I need a receipt. But never had my package has missed the scanning the same day.Staffs are very friendly. Only con is certain times, parking in this area is a a big trouble. But it’s not their fault.

My wife is an Amazon addict, I always go in with tons of returns and theyre always kind and accommodating. I rarely have to ship, but when I do, theyre always easy and pleasant to work with.

Very easy to ship packages here! I came in with an oddly shaped package and they helped me figure it out quickly. I especially appreciate their honest communication re: preparing for holiday deliveries across the US.

Most people probably dont think of UPS for their printing needs, but the UPS store in Summit will do a great job for you. I had an urgent request this week for a large print for a memorial service and Antonietta turned it around quickly and at a great price.I also love this UPS store for all the things they do for Summit and the surrounding communities. For example, they are currently collecting non-perishable food for the April Grocery Drive project to help feed summit children who rely on school meals and may go hungry during the April school break. This is just one of many, many ways this store serves the community.

Customer Service deserves 10 Stars! The UPS store in Summit offers Shredding, Printing, and has a wonderful assortment of birthday cards . If you need something Notarized and of course to ship package. They are very involved with helping the community. This is the place to go!

DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE.A guy literally throwing parcels into a UPS truck in front of my eyes shouldve tipped me off. He even joked to me while throwing parcels about 7 feet from the ground to the back of the truck.Then the lady at the front desk, first informed me that they dont seal the packages, which is fine, I was surprised but fine. She then proceeded to seal it in a completely inadequate way basically slapping a piece of tape over the top and out of my sight and carelessly tossing it down on the floor. When I asked to have it back so I could seal it properly, she refused to let me have it back because it was in the system.When asked to speak to manager, lady said she was the manager. Other employees pretty much went along.This is ridiculous.I can understand telling me a flat NO WE DONT SEAL YOUR PACKAGES, that is a matter of franchise policy. But sealing it in a poor way, basically ensuring that in any kind of toss up or ever-so-light rain the content would become easily damaged...DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE.

Wonderful service. Friendly and helpful staff. Best of all, they support the community, collecting donations for various causes as well as supporting the environment by collecting packaging that would otherwise end up in landfills.

I have a box here and have all my packages delivered here. OUTSTANDING customer service. They personally text you every time you have a package delivered.

I came here to ship a desktop computer which was unfortunately damaged in transit. Kathy went above and beyond assisting me to get the insurance claim processed and to make everything right! I can’t thank her enough!

Oh my gosh!!I had no ide that this was more than just a place to drop off my Amazon returns.Not only do they ship everything from Natale’s Philly Fluff Cake (freeze it first) they also have mailboxes, print services and a Notary on duty at all times.They just became my number one small business resource and should be yours as well!

My company has been so very fortunate to have the UPS Store in Summit as our mailroom/office help/pitch in when needed partner for over 10 years. The staff has become an extension of our team and helped us through our growth. Even after moving our offices away from Summit, we continue to rely on Antoinetta, Kathy and the rest of the team! We get a warm greeting every time we come in (holding lots of boxes and packages) and they take care of our needs in a fast and friendly manner. How lucky Summit is to have them in our neighborhood!

World class customer service at all levels. They are transparent about their services and fees and now offer curbside pick-up if you call from the street. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to ship anything in the Summit area.

Staff is courteous and very helpful. Had a last minute print job and they got it done immediately- with no rush fee!!!! (which I was told when I walked into the othe print place down the street theres a rush charge or it would take at least 4 hours!!!) Will be back with other projects.

Well that will not be a repeat experience, since i went down the street to the Fedex store, where I received prompt, courtesy service for about 50% of the price.THIS SHOULD BE A BUSINESS CASE FOR WHAT NOT TO DO. As a local resident, I choose to spend my dollars on company that remembers that we all work hard for our money, and have a choice on where we spend that money!And stay away from the Manager Paul, whos first question to me was what exactly is the problem here ! Horrible go anywhere else. I moved my business to NJ and use them for a business address and the service has been horrible on every level. They would refuse packages sent to the box if the name was not 100% correct, they left packages outside in the rain that where large because they didnt want to move them in with no one watching. Also they refuse to take packages over $500 to ship, said there insurance didnt cover it. Also supper tuff to park and the cops will write you a ticket in 1 min there. I switched to another UPS store much better I have not had an issue and they do everything that store did not without question.
