If your shipment is through FedEx you’ve already lost. Avoid any business through FedEx if youre shipper or consignee not even remotely close to ups

We went to this place to ship some important documents this afternoon. The staff was not very helpful and put our documents in a box size that it is too big. She doesn’t care about it. We wanted to know the price for two-day shipping, she said she didn’t know, and she already chose one-day shipping, too bad... seriously... we haven’t pay yet, why she cannot even just go backwards one step... and she is very inpatient... before we even finished our stuff, she already started helping other people... trying to push us out... unprofessional!!! I will probably avoid this FedEx next time.

Aynasia provides excellent service. She was the only employee there when I went. It was impressive how she dealt with a store full of customers. She attended each of us quickly, efficiently and calmly. She is an outstanding employee!

I’ve had several complications with this store. They’ve lost packages, held packages without notice and management was super incapable of reasonably resolving issues. I was told i need to come back at 5:30 pm to try and catch the driver when he’s there to ask him if i could look thru his truck to try and locate my missing package. seriously??

Held a package here and it was delivered while I was away for a few days, I went to pick it up and it was already sent back. No phone call or message to let me know theyd be sending it back. When I went to the store to pick it up, the gentleman there was very friendly and called customer service for me, but nothing they can do. The delivery tracker showed it was still in NJ....He gave me the number to that location and when I called, it was the number to the Summit store. Okay, great. I Googled the number myself and called the shipping warehouse, without even looking anything up told me nothing they could do.I called the store back and asked for a manager, not there. Fine, have him call me Monday. 2 weeks, nothing. Finally took to Twitter to get my problem resolved, so we will see.Awful service.

Clean and efficient FedEx office. Daily FedEx pick-up at 8pm for when you need to get something out after work hours. Carries the usual assortment of shipping supplies, greeting cards, and some office supplies.

Ill do it appears that some patrons here, I have had nothing but very solid, friendly, and speedy service at this location. I use it often to drop off packages that have been pre-labeled with FedEx shipping information at home. Attendance are very helpful and pretty efficient at what they do.

She asked for my driver license to mail some paperwork. I gave her, not accepted because it’s not NJ driver license, I just move here. She asked for other government issued ID. As I don’t have any other id with me. She said it is Fedex policy. I asked if post office has similar policies, she said I don’t know and left impatiently. I have never heard that policy before. Went to a post office and mailed it.

Horrible service by Dionna(short bleach blonde). Totally rude and oblivious. A minor 10 minute task took and hour because of her.

Probably the worst FedEx center in the world. Absolutely disgusting! Staff is rude and hideous. Theyve no sense of manners and nothing good comes out of their mouth. Jheana is trash! she is mannerless and has no sense of customer service. If I had one word for Jheana it would be slothful. She is lazy and lethargic. Jheana doesnt care about customer service at all. If the manager of this store is reading this review at this moment, I would recommend you to lay her off her position and hire someone who is more considerate and not manure like Jheana. If youre a potential customer reading this, who wants to visit this FedEx center; let me give you a million dollar advice, try to avoid this location. You would thank me later.

My experience at the Summit FedEx was so wonderful, especially after the trouble I had had before at another company. I had a somewhat complicated print job and Tashma took her time to understand what I needed and how to print it. She was very careful and checked her work along the way, which as a control freak I really appreciated. I will be bringing all future print jobs to Summit FedEx.

Always helpful staff.
