Got me my parts real fast

I am so disappointed with the guy in front desk costumer service(the bearded white man in left side)he is so rude. I went to buy a delay control board, I gave him the model number and the part number and he ordered the wrong one, I returned it, but he didnt recognize his mistake, and I lost my money.I always bought supplies here in this store, and the costumer service representatives were so polite, but since this guy its here, not anymore. By the way I am not the only one complaining about him.

Looked like the most miserable 3 counter guys Ive seen after 38 years in the buisness, Wheres Louise when you need her ? Not helpful at all ! Wont stop there again, they should take a course from South side control, Trane, G@O, or any other HVAC supply house in the Chicago land area
