I recently shutdown my office space for remote. Jim migrated my server to the DropBox for Teams and assisted my employees remotely with setup and tutorials. Later he came to my house to fixed my home Wifi network, printing and made all my TVs and Stereo wireless. It was seamless, he coordinated everything.
I message Jim for computer help and he logs in remotely sometimes right away. He fixes computer problems for everyone in my family. Dont waste your time with the Apple Store.
Have been working with Jim for over 10 years now. He is especially responsive and professional. Always willing to help and make suggestions to improve and enhance processes. I dont think there is any IT function he cannot do!! Great company to work with!
